If you use a Ninja blender with your MCT oil, Heavy cream, Collagen Peptides, no floating oil in your coffee... 2 tablespoons ( I am adapted) of MCT oil in 20oz of coffee, I am good to go for 8 hours.

I live in Southern Indiana witch is like the dead zone for Costco. We don't get great choices here and it makes me so mad. Many items you speak of we cant get. I shop in Tampa Florida when we are there as much as I can, just to get many items you share on your channel. Love your channel!!❤

Thank you Bobby, great videos with the health information! I would like to let you know about my experience with Birch. Great product, but really poor customer service. I had some issues with the adjustable bed, it was missing 2 legs out of 6 😮 and it took a lot of time over the phone and emails to get a process going to have the missing legs shipped. They have not arrived yet. Open to get the situation finalized soon……!

If you use good enough tomatoes then no added sugar is required. That's his point and he's correct. Good tomatoes (not the crap Classico is using) don't need any added sugar. Understood? Raos doesn't add any sugar because they start with good quality tomatoes that are naturally sweet enough. That's all.

Wondering what “Natural Flavors” consists of? I am allergic to soy and have been using the process of elimination for several years. I have recently eliminated “natural flavors” with good results. However, trying to find out what “natural flavors” consists of has been daunting to say the least. I cannot find any info on what the ingredients actually are. I love that you share all your label reading information with us, it’s very helpful as Costco is a large part of my monthly shopping. Thank you!

For parents especially I recommend getting the Tide free and clear while on sale. I have tried EVERY clean brand and nothing is really cleaning my boys stains. Tide and All does the trick. Atleast no fragrance or dyes

Branch basics has been amazing with some things but I'm just saying for this season of life I'm in...the Tide free and gentle and Tide Zero have been the only things that have really done the job
