Thomas- can u please give a list of ingredients to avoid. I can’t remember them all. Your knowledge of all ingredients, and those that are under different names, in a list that I can screenshot would help TREMENDOUSLY!!! Thank you!!

Bobby Parrish (also from KZfaq ‘FlavCity with Bobby Parrish) has a book on Kindle that he continually updates. Look up ‘ Bobby Approved: Your Ultimate Guide At The Grocery Store’ - it’s $9.99 and a good resource for ingredients (and which store has the best item for some things) Hope that helps!

Thank you for all the great info you provide for us. I'm on keto. 15 lbs down and 100lbs to go. I watch you videos every day and love them all. I was starting with 2 -3 hrs of aerobic exercise almost every day but didn't loose any weight. Weights were every other day. Now I only work out twice a week and finally started shedding off the inches but I miss my exercise. Stay safe and God bless you and your family.

Hey Thomas another great video! I wanted to say thank you for turning me into a label checker, i feel much better armed to identity what I should be eating even if we seem to have a very different range of products and ingredients in the UK. You've hinted in many videos that you do not follow a keto diet all the time, id really love to learn more about your keto cycling routine, why you come out of keto and how often and what diet you follow when not in keto etc. Thanks again.

I love how even if they weren’t something you would buy (like the cauliflower chips) you did acknowledge that they are healthier options to eat or feed your kids than the “normal chips”. Sometimes when health channel people make these kind of videos its very off putting that it’s either super healthy or “Don’t buy that it’s trash!”.

Thank you so much for these Costco vids. I've been working as a courier the last 6 months-drive nearly 2,000 M/W-and it's totally thrown off my fasting schedule. I managed to not gain too much weight but the inconsistent schedule makes it really hard to anything but complete and total garbage. The past two weeks I've managed to get my feed window early in the day, since that's when I'm driving the most, and now I'm just watching these vids to figure out better things to eat on the road. At Costco i get Pure Via. It has the highest amount of stevia vs sugar alcohol unlike Truvia which has more sugar alcohol than stevia. I would get olive oil from Cali because if you get it from over seas you do not know the harvest date and the ships take 6 months to get here. I would rather have it fresher locally. I love the Paleo pancakes. Add fresh blueberry and you are rocking. Great vid!

Thanks so much for another informative video! Just a note - I know it isn’t Costco but you can get canned artichokes in water at both Whole Foods (365 store brand) and Harris Teeter (HT Traders - store brand). Harris Teeter is a Kroger affiliate so other Kroger affiliates MAY have a similar product? And not shelf stable, but Trader Joe’s has frozen artichoke hearts. I’m not absolutely positive but pretty sure they artichokes canned in water as well. Just FYI for those who want to stock the pantry without the oils in the cans

@@Indianahillclimber Lentils are supposedly the healthiest beans outside of the keto world, and I've had decent chilis with them before. I'm not low carb, so I mostly just use kidney beans in chili. For keto, lima beans would be better tasting in chili than soy imo. I've also been getting into Beyond Meat a lot lately as a vegan protein. It's pretty good in soups if you crumble it and saute it with spices first.

You have so many different things to buy that we don’t have in VA Costco, over there. I watched another video where you were talking about the nuts available at Costco, you have so many options!

Hello Thomas, as always you are so easy on the eyes. How come you don't get kicked out of cosco? Your openly filming. Bobby gets kicked out every time and has been asked to never ever ever ever film again! It's gotta be the beard. Anyway, I know during this time, stores very. But I want your viewers to remember that even though we're not start with an excessive amount of food, what we need is still there. At least at my Costco. I went yesterday and yeah there were only about 50 packs of meat in the coolers but everybody still was able to buy what they needed. Remember to keep a cool head and it really is only as badd as you believe it to be. Blessings to all!

Those paleo bars are INSANE! Dude, if you get a vacuum sealer and take them out of package and properly vacuum seal each bar, those will last for a long time! Look at how much trapped air is in those packages, of course they dont last that long. I would have grabbed like 6 boxes, opened them and re(vac)sealed them. Last months. Maybe years if properly sealed.

I'm going to tell you a secret I probably shouldn't. These cans of wild caught bumblebee sardeens for 88 cents at Walmart are one of the best sources of Omega 3 that Dr. Berg has ever tested and a very safe fish to consume. Don't get the sardeens in oil, get them in brine water. Just one small can is enough for daily use. I still use krill oil for it's phospho-lipid content.
