Gravity has never been used to move during a time stop unless you mean Pucci, Pucci however used Infinite Speed and reversed time itself so Jotaro never used time stop and was able to outspend him at Infinite points. What you're thinking of is Gravity being used to travel the Multiverse and break through reality manipulation which is what Ball Breaker did to Funny Valentine.

7:54 well, as Reimi said in part 4, Stands and ghosts are on the same wavelenght, which means that they can interact with each other. This is shown when Rohan uses his stand on her, even though she's a ghost. Also, DIO in part 3 cannot use Vampire abilities because he's using Johnathan's body, which rejects him.

I don't think that limitation is true. He's clearly still vampiric in that brief period before getting The World and is still weak to sunlight as a whole, even Jonathan's body. He simply is choosing not to use those powers.

You know, Dio actually loses to quite a lot of things. I once made an argument that a Heavy + Medic combo from TF2 stomps Dio unless he uses his ability to run away and not engage at all. Minigun and invulnerability to physical damage is something Dio just can not beat.

in part 7, Diego Brando explains that its not 9 "seconds" but more a certain amount of effort/stamina that rounds out to 9 seconds on average. you could argue that its an alternate universe version of dio, but we could say that cutaways are also alternate universes so its a coinflip

I would also assume that he doesn't really "stop time" but more like he just stops the movement of *almost* everything that isn't controlled by him. Since time is basically quantified as stuff moving and is relative and all that junk, he basically just stops the movement of everything around him except for himself and stuff he touches. But that doesn't roll off the tongue as easily and isn't as easy to understand as "stop time". Plus "stop time" just sounds way more badass.

Peter has not one, not two, but five minimum stands. His Regeneration allows for mitosis type splitting, and his teleportation and Gravity manipulation are possibly a singular one if you wanna make it simpler You might wanna Count "Shadowy Spirit Friends" as a singular stand, being able to drag anyone anyone away into the horizon and presumably to hell, albeit only in situations Peter deems dire. Peter also has been shown to have enough resistance to withstand actual nukes and re-entry from orbit, along with another to rewind, stop, and manipulate time at a whim. This is just the slightest minimum powers he has. Also Peter has literally met God and Jesus on the regular i think he's good
