Sooooo goood. I didn't have coke so I used apple juice and pressure cooked for 45 min. with a 10 min NPR. Very tasty thank you so much.

I've already had your recipes 2 times so far getting ready for a 3rd. it's great everytime!! have used Spiced Coke Zero and regular Coke Zero. So you can definitely switch up tastes with different sodas if you want to as well. Sooo good! Thank you!

Put the rub on, let them rest in the fridge for an hour. Did everything else like he said and...MAN! These were so delicious! 😋

Looks delicious. I prefer Montgomery Inn BBQ sauce over SBR. Thanks for a great idea.

Hey bro, thanks man. I have a question though. I cooked these same ribs in the same model instant pot as yours in this video, with the timer set at 25 mins. this was about two weeks ago when I had company at my house. The ribs came out tender in some areas and simply tough in others. Needless to say, I thought 25 mins (which was another recipe from another video I had watched) was not the magic number. Tonight, I have some CSR on 45 mins (4 lbs) and we will see but 20 mins??? How does that work? What am I doing wrong? (I do use apple cider vinegar instead of soda, fyi)

45 minutes sounds a little long. When you cooked at 25 minutes did you do a quick or natural release? I would def do at least a 10 minute natural release. The type of liquid should not matter

Is slow release using the "keep warm" mode?
@mealsunderpressure7 ай бұрын
It doesn't mean the same, but unless you turn it off, the "keep warm" function will stay on during the release

How long do you let rub marinate before cooking
@mealsunderpressure3 жыл бұрын
About 5-10 minutes. You can also add a little oil and brown the ribs for 2-3 minutes per side. Just to add a little bark if you want. And then pressure cook

When you got to the part where you set the time on the Instant Pot, you just mumbled. Why didn't you just come out and say it?
