My dad has a OCD. It’s always frustrated me how much the media make it seem like it’s people who are obsessed about cleaning. When it’s not, it’s so hard and really affects your life. My poor dad has struggled his whole life, and I’ve gone through my struggles also with repetitive thinking loops that make you feel trapped. For me It will never be totally gone I do live a pretty normal life now, sending you lots of love ❤

yay love your vlogs! totally resonate with what you were saying about your diagnosis. sometimes it's scary having a new title for yourself but also a relief that there's a reason you don't feel "normal." would love to see you do a lil advice/therapy session video sometime. going through a breakup right now & i feel like you always have the best insights & advice to make me feel understood & seen❤

what kind of light did you mount on your ceiling? I also just moved into a dark apartment and didn't know you could mount ceiling lights without wiring them!
