There is a lot of misinformation in this video. I encourage anybody watching to do their own research instead of listening to people who clearly have a bone to pick with a service trying to protect children.

I saw a card that you can print, fill out and laminate for your child to hand cps workers. In a nutshell, it says that "I (child's name) am not trying to hinder any investigation. If you have any questions please direct them to... 1. Parent (add name/names and phone numbers) 2. Attorney (add name and phone number) Any questions or concerns can be addressed by one or both of these entities. Thank you for your consideration and cooperation in this matter. I cannot remember all of it, but it was perfect for a child to have and completely legal.

Sure, a single parent CAN get a bit behind in 'housekeeping' and such, but I'D 'go without' before MY KIDS wanted for ANYthing. My kids wore new Nike's while my WORK boots fell off my feet when the duct tape wore out. I didn't mind. As said, "NO warrant, NO access". ALL I want from Gov't is to leave ME, (AND MINE), alone. The dcfs-cps office removed my oldest (14) at age 2 months. No court dates 60+ days I looked at my case worker and said I talked to a lawyer. She turn whiter then a ghost and said guess you read you packet. I said no you never gave me my wrights I went and got them. So now I'm leaving with my son or give me my court date. She was so mad but I left that day and they haven't spoken to me sences.

If you know of a whistleblower within CPS, PLEASE ~alert that person to how much money they can get through a "Qui Tam" action against CPS. There are Qui Tam financing companies who will pay for EVERYTHING, attorneys, investigators, travel, personal expenses, housing, etc. They will even locate the best lawyers for the job. This is based in the "false claims" act under Qui Tam law. Basically, the only way CPS gets their hands on the big federal money is AFTER they remove kids from family. 90 percent of their removals are UNLAWFUL. Therefore, they have been filing billions of dollars in false claims against the federal government. CPS is so scary! I let them in my home too and agreed to let them question my kids because I didn't know better. I felt so violated and regret letting them in so much. Thankfully everything turned out okay. Our referral was closed but everything i read and here is BAD. My social worker also kept repeating "we arn't like the media says we are" which I thought was really odd.

Another good video with excellent advice, Dustin. For those who do not believe what you have said, I can testify to its truth, having dealt with CPS myself when my kids were small and having witnessed my adult children being hassled by CPS.

My kids are now 22 and 24, but back when they were in the 2 and 3 year old range, I had horrible experiences with CPS (called DCS) in North Carolina. They were bullies, constantly went against their regulations, and police officers are the hapless bystanders that have to enforce things without knowing the entirety of a situation. Because of the nature of this being domestic and civil court matters, it's difficult unless they have a real reason to make it criminal, which they will try to do so they can press harder. When my kids were 2 and 3, I had to run a rented movie back to the store that I had forgotten about until the last minute. I basically had to get the kids in the car and hurry to the store before it closed at 8 PM in order to get it back in time or be charged double what the price of the movie would cost (everyone should remember movie rentals back in the day). When I pulled into the parking lot, I saw the kids Aunt and Uncle in the car in front of me and I thought "Fantastic! I won't have to grab the kids out of their seats and I can get the movie back just in time!". I asked if they would watch the kids for a couple of minutes so I could run the movie back into the store, straight in, straight out. They said, "Sure!" All they had to do was stand outside the car and make sure nothing happened. I ran the movie in, took less than a minute, back out. Their Aunt actually worked in the store. The next day I had DCS at my door accusing me of leaving my children alone in the car and they had gotten a report. Obviously either the Aunt and Uncle reported it or someone else that had known I had taken the movie back. From that point forward, I had DCS at my door it seemed like every couple of months. They were called because my kids were playing on the deck while I was cleaning in the kitchen, with the front door wide open, and the deck had locked gates and nothing on the deck except for their playhouse. Another time it was because I went inside a gas station to pay for gas (this is before debit and credit cards were so prominent at stations) and left the kids in the car, both were asleep, in their seats, and I was parked right in front of the station and no more than 30 feet from them. This was a tiny station with 1 attendant and only gas and cigarettes/drinks. Turns out, all the calls were coming from my ex husband, a woman that was interested in my ex husband, his family, and his friends. They made the lives of my children and my life a living hell for years before I could get away from him. Then I had to battle with DCS for over 15 years in child custody battles against my ex. This man is now serving 6 1/2 years in prison for molesting my daughters. The story is long, a mess, and it took me moving to Washington DC and working for the CWLA (Child Welfare League of America) before I understood what the DCS can and cannot do. It makes you understand, when you have been through this type of scrutiny, why some people choose to go into the Children's Underground.

Hello, that is right they are not to help you at all and they are bad no matter if you are in a big city or small town they are the same way. You have to know your rights and know that you do not have to let anyone in unless they have a search warrant. Did you see the viral video about the kid talking about all the weed at there house AFTER PARENTS GOT IN TROUBLE the kid was asked to show the weed. Lol it was normal weeds in the yard. The point is now that every one is laughing how cute NO ONE is taking about life long trauma to the family unit.

I know what it is like to be taken away from my parents under false allegations. It happened to me and my brother and two sisters. I found out after I came home from military leave and found out that my two aunts had filed allegations of sexual abuse and it never happened. There were no warrants to take us out of school...line of questioning without my parents or a teacher present. I ended up losing 7 years of my childhood and had gotten it back. They also the first time invited my sister to Sesame Street show but ended up abducting her and after my dad and mom found out, they contacted their attorney and she was brought back home safely. I am glad you made this video.

Thanks for this interview. Lots of helpful info and hopefully it will help some people wake up and see what is really going on with CPS. Thankfully I have not had to deal with them but I think every homeschool parent secretly worries that they will get a visit from CPS because there are people out there that just really hate on homeschool families and since we are going to be homesteading soon I have double reason to worry.

They put false accusations in the report and lied to me and my mother I feel like I am living in a nightmare. I had my children taken from me with the help of my family. Instead of them looking after them they dropped them off at mobile crisis on Sunday evening Mothers Day which was also my daughters birthday. Heartless. I was on drugs so It was my fault they got involved but I was never informed of process or my rights. I didn't get a meeting with the worker for quite awhile and at that moment I was given supervised visit. I asked for drug testing they refused. After a visit another was not set up. I was told I was not going to see them ever again. I happened to be in a legal aid office just after and came across a pamphlet about CPS and low and behold i was supposed to be told to seek legal advise. So when I was told the kids are gone forever...and refused help and visits etc i saw a lawyer and a few days later I had a new worker who worked in a special program getting familis back together and follow and provide programs and assistance. After i had that worker a week I went from never seeing them to they were home every weekend. There are so many kids who are left home alone...babies. They drug them and go out. They beat them rape them and other horrific things One girl in my city quite sometime ago who went missing. Her mom had her kids taken numerous times and returned. There was strange men at the house with all the kids. and mom was out working. Well this girl disappeared. And never found since. If CPS cared about kids...she would be still alive

They do the same exact thing here in Pennsylvania. It is totally sickening on what they do. And what U2 both talked about is exactly what people need to learn to know to protect themselves and their children. And like you said Dustin Child protective services is crooked. There is an old Disney movie titled "The Last Electric Knight" in which a CPS officer tells a police detective "All I see is a two bit civil servant acting like a petty dictator." His reply was "Maybe you are looking in a mirror." It is my favorite line in the movie because the woman from CPS was in fact describing herself so well. In the movie she was trying to take the child from a police detective and he told her to call a cab because he was having her car impounded.

Howdy! I'm not quite sure how I got to your videos from a Arcade 1up video but... I'm a Dad. I know there are different kinds of child abuse. I have to salute both Dustin and the mother for their patience. That cute little kid was a solid distraction (as most kids his age are) in the midst of a conversation. Someone new came over grabbing mom's attention, and he found his way in. Sure, a stranger with manners can smile and deal with it. These 2 parents have quite the patience. I know the videos have been about other issues but I "PERSONALLY" don't see any signs of parents who mean to cause children harm. No "evil eye" or anything like that. This world has gotten so out it's element from when I was growing up. I know some changes were needed to protect certain people who needed assistance in protecting themselves and to have a shot at a normal life (if there's such a thing as normal). Men used to beat their wives, punishments used to be physical. Now, government is powerful enough to tell you how to live, what's acceptable, what isn't. Generations were raised in "worse" conditions than being explained. Mainly people like my great grandparents and grandparents. Folks who survived some of the ugliest situations in our history and guess what? ,we're all here because of it. Humans have lost their way. Technology, other peoples big ass noses, personal opinions, and mostly government mad with power are ruining our chance at surviving the hell we're creating for ourselves. I am sorry your families are going through the storm. Being a parent who was abused by step parents, to the point of broken bones as a kid, my personal experience with cps was they were there when they werent needed and almost never helpful when they were. The same monster who we ran from was the one to always come get us to take us back. . . . Sigh. Sorry so winded. This kind of shit gets under my skin. I am now subscribed and liking the videos. In NYC it's called ACS and any neighbor can call in anonymous and try to cause trouble.I adopted a child with ADDHA and he would make noise and my neighbors called so much the Police asked me are your neighbors always this noisy. And it takes 30 days to start investigation processing.

Oh, but wait..I wonder if I would get any credit for the fact that my now 7 and 5 yr old grandchildren can identify the majority of native snakes in their area? They know the difference between venomous and non venomous. The older one has his own custom made snake hook. He lives in the country and has rescued numerous non venomous snakes from harm. I have taught them well. Oh snap, I also carried him in a hiking backpack made for toddlers when I had to go feed the horses, long horns, donkeys, goats, etc. And I taught him how to clean stalls at the age of 3! Damn, that right there has got to be child abuse! LMAO! You damn germaphobe city folk need to stay out of everyone of the well educated, we have survived for hundreds of years, business. And yes, if you are on the farm and the kid drops his pacifier or bottle in the dirt, it is perfectly acceptable to rinse it off with the water hose and stick it back in their mouth!

Intimidation and coercion are how these people work. It’s a for profit organization that has totally gone off the rails. CPS as a whole should be dismantled. That’s not to say that there aren’t situations in which the help is called for. However, the majority of people that come into contact with them are targeted. Either because they are impoverished, or just having a hard time. Or false allegations have been reported. It’s disgusting. It’s abuse of power..... They aren’t for the reunification of families or the betterment of the family. They are for the court.

I dealt with CPS for 4 years the 1st year I fought back. the last 3 years I had to jump through every hoop and play nice just to get my kids back. I eventually got them back. CPS Close the case and left me alone for almost a year now. A broke me both physically and mentally So good luck

My kids were always taught a code word that if someone tried to say they knew me and I said it was okay to talk with them or go with them they were to as what I told them was the code word. If that person couldn't tell them the code word then they were lying. My children knew they were never to tell anyone the code word for their safety and protection. I reminded them about the code word whenever their was a report on the news of an abduction or anything like that just to make sure they remembered.

It's scary to know there lies can get your children taken from you. I heard of horror stories and had no idea until it happened to me. It was the worst experience I have ever gone thru. I live in Michigan and CPS gets away. Had I known to tell them to take a hike and to get a warrant I would have but I thought if I allowed them in and did everything they said me and my children would be fine. They never took my kids from me but they put me thru hell. I lost so much weight from the stress they put me thru. Horrible people they are, they act like they care, they dont.

Yes I have about 30 yrs expereance with child protective service in Montana Washington & Oregon. I was hunted for years from falts complaints. (they have to investigate every call & have NO consciences for faults complaints) with my 3 kids I called attorneys and asked "what if I stop talking to them when they come to my" every attorney said we have that right however with that office be ready for a fight of your life because that office has the right to re- Wright the law within the law. I couldn't afford an attorney. Many years later I got a call from child tectors asking me to go to court out of state over the phone because they already had it arranged to award me full custody of my grandson so the other grand parent couldn't have custody they had gone to grate lengths for. So ya why even have a judge or a court room. when I gave birth to my 5th kid I finally blew up and told the worker that came to the hospital within the 1st hour of my babies life. I told that worker "your office can help us or hurt us so far every worker for years has chosen to hurt us". Every complaint was proven faults and every worker wrote down unsubstantiated = witch means it couldn't be proven true or faults. The only releaf I got threw the years was when my 4th child was a toddler and said "was that a child tector" lol like a metal detector lol so that's what we call these people to this day. SO YES THEY ARE A BIG PART OF WHAT'S CALLED A BROKEN SYSTEM. In my exspereance the best line of defence is YOU TUBE VIDEOS yet it can be misused by there office worker's. SO I'm glad to see these video's and it scars me at the same time. My best guess is the more people that simply record and post JUST LIKE BAD COP VIDEO'S it took year's & lots of defrent people AND the problem isn't fixed it is finally exsposed. So thank you & be careful = simply no personal opinions will make it harder for them to misuse your video's against you.

I have actually heard a CPS, here they are Health and Human Services), claim that all they need is suspicion and they will send the police and take the kids until it's proven the children are safe. That's so backwards. They've been in trouble for their tactics but they stand by their policies. The police have to at least make contact. They actually told my son that he was not allowed to send his son to his room for bad behavior. I tried to tell my son that wasn't true and that he should check it out but these agencies have young parents scared to do anything with their children and they end up with kids with no respect for authority. 😀👋

I had a very nice cps worker come to my house. I had one son in school and one in homeschool as he was slightly autistic and uncomfortable in crowds. My youngest was always extremely skinny. He still is at 18 and eats like a horse. After a parent teacher conference she called cps saying I didn't feed my children and that I didn't do any schooling. The CPS lady talked to my neighbors then came to our house around lunch time to find a six foot subway sandwich on the table while I was doing school work with my son. She just said well I guess that answers that question and explained why she was there then she left. She was great.

I'm curious why they even feel the need to investigate you at all. If they've seen any of your videos, they would see you're a kind, loving and hardworking man. You're great with your family and you're clearly teaching your children how to be respectful, independent and honest. There are so many children in America who actually need help from real dire situation, but instead they choose focus on good people.

Omg they showed up here in ohio with 2 officers, but we didn't even live there anymore. We ended up calling them. Was threatened if we didn't disclose our location then they were going to get a warrant for our arrest. 🙄🤔. So I told them we moved and living in our camper (yep with 5 kids). They wanted medical records for me and my youngest son (newborn at the time). Was claiming medical neglect. (We opt out of eye ointment, hep b vaccine and vitamin k) (and fired a pediatrician who called cps) if they come out again, no warrant no entry get kicking rocks.

This is what they have done to my family for 28 years can prove it but everyone is scared to take the case because of the information

I strongly recommend going to your local civil court and filing for a civil harassment restraining order against CPS as soon as possible when they begin the harassment. If they went to your kid's school and did so without your consent, and if this emotionally injured or embarrassed your child, or interrupted their education, you get an order that makes them STAY AWAY from your home and your kids and kid's school/s. Always apply for the emergency orders first, and then you go to another hearing in a couple weeks to make the order permanent. The temp orders get signed without a real hearing and does not require evidence. Judges sign these swiftly. They are required to assume the allegations in the request are true, for purposes of temporary orders. At the next hearing ("OSC" or order to Show Cause hearing) where you go for the long term orders, bring in as much evidence as you can, and remember, your own testimony about how their harassment has upset your children IS "evidence". Cool thing is, once you get the temp orders, civil judges like to uphold and justify their prior temp orders, so pretty easy ride here. You serve these orders, (temp and regular permanent) on the school and also give a copy to anyone and everyone who may care for your kids. Then, you can get CPS agents ARRESTED. Make sure you ask for orders against the entire agency and not just one or two agents by name. Oh, emotional trauma to the kids and the parents can be considered an "emergency" sufficient to request emergency orders.

Sadly the United States is on a downward spiral. A truly great nation being overran by a tyrannical government, in some cases in a very subtle way as to appear to represent the people. I have a very unique perspective of governments and the aftermath of a dictatorship especially after a society attempts to recover from such a harsh regime. To expand on this there are many things that everyone should be made aware of and I'm hoping to give any of you insight into some questionable practices and things you've seen. First and foremost I'm a United States citizen, fifth generation Texan with deep roots in my homeland. Three years ago I started seeing a shift in society. Absolute right and wrong became questionable, scientific fact was tossed aside for an individuals wants and feelings rather than truth. The Constitution has been shredded and questioned by those that took an oath to uphold its laws with no repercussion for their actions. All have been driven by media. Most media is nothing more than propaganda aimed at trying to convince a society of the truth as 'they' see it rather than base it on evidence or fact. What you are witnessing now has happened in several other countries such as Germany and the former USSR. The dictators of these countries were masters of propaganda and they understood that if you control the media and propagandize the people then you will eventually change public opinion not based on facts or evidence but by words alone. Joseph Goebbels famously remarked: 'Tell a single lie and it remains a lie but tell a lie a thousand times and it becomes the truth.' You are seeing history repeating itself because those choose not to be diligent and remember their history. Joseph Stalin was also a master of propaganda, he created a lie which was the beginning of a famine that murdered millions of people simply to break those that would oppose him. He murdered his own people in order to force his agenda on society. You are welcome to research this. I have seen first hand the damage that these governments have caused and the recovery for many Eastern European countries will be very long and arduous as they are 70 years behind most Western cultures. Why am I expressing all of this in a video related to Child Protective Services? Why here and why now? In the beginning of this post you'll see that I mentioned three years ago I observed the United States societal shift. It was at that moment that I decided to relocate to Ukraine. I came to Ukraine knowing full well that it is still a developing country but understand that this society is still in its infancy but the difference here is the people. The people are already fully aware of what propaganda is and they are aware of how dangerous government can be as they will never forget their history. One last quote and I hope that anyone reading this will understand the true intent of not just the United States government and its agencies but by most governments on a global scale - 'The state must declare the child to be the most precious treasure of the people. My daughter was taken from me for 4 months and the last worker I had said that she had never seen a child that was in their custody that's had all their needs met as my lil girl was. And be returned in such a short time most take a yr or more if they do get returned at all. And they are very intrusive and we all need to protect our kids. They sprung a case on me within a week so I wasn't able to sign guardianship over to a family member so they couldn't remove her. She wasn't neglected and all the other alleged allegations were false. They back u into a wall and honestly no 1 should allow these villains into your home. Best thing is to inform your child not to speak to any1 unless a parent is there or guardian also inform the school that unless otherwise notified your child isn't allowed to speak to them unless the parent or guardian notifies them otherwise. And they will offer you so-called "help" with resources only to be involved and intrude in your families life longer. Call a resource help line if u need any resources. And the minute they intrude into your life not only contact a lawyer and video tape the encounter for your safety and your child's safety yet sign over temporary guardianship to a family member in which case if they take u to court they're still not able to take your child. They make 4000$ a month 4 1 child in states custody. They will try to seem like they care and want to help you and in all honesty no they don't. I had them come to my home again recently 4 the same as you Dustin yet this time they came and went. And my daughter was 11 not 4 as the 1st time. They asked me if I needed any help with anything I told them no until the end I asked 4 a resource list once she said that she was closing the case that there was no evidence of the allegations. And if your home isn't spotless it counts against so know your state constitutional right as well as the United States. The rich get richer and the government is corrupt. They are against you majority of the time and not for you. All the worker you had has been in trouble before for overstepping others rights. Thank you 4 sharing your story as well as hers. Also go to the court and make sure that u are on record 4 have full custody of your child/children. Cause in utah u don't have full custody of your child unless it's on court record the state does. I was a survivor of DV and I was in counseling complaining about my life and complaining about CPS that's when my counselor told me that she used to be a CPS worker. She told me that she was told as a trainee fresh out of college to always look for the bad during the initial visit about alleged complaints, and manipulate the parents with questioning. DHS in states get a federal bonus for a head count on children removed and bonuses for how many kids they get adopted and parental rights are terminated. Look into your states list of funds given for kids removed, adopted, parental rights terminated. you 2 should definitely learn your rights to counter their manipulation with extreme documentation with video, audio, journals, witnesses etc.

They are allowed to lie. I was told this 20 years ago when they removed my niece from my sister and gave her to me. The lies they made up about my sister and her husband were unbelievable. I was afraid to speak up for them because I didn't want them to take her from me and have her go to foster care. They are not on your side.

IDK if states have different rules cuz I'm in Massachusetts. I was told many years ago that the only two reasons dcf can take kids away is for medical negligence or sexual abuse. Who knows! Anyways Dustin, I think this blog is a calling in your life to help other parents dealing with the Gestapo that is dcf. The reason you don’t EVER let them in your home is because unless a child is malnourished, bruised and beaten, everything they see is judged subjectively. They do not have any specialized training to be able to judge homes and situations, unless there is a bold, objective matter in front of them, they can and absolutely will turn everyday, normal things, into negatives. There is a story where a woman in PA let them into her home for a false allegation of drug use, she had nothing to hide, etc. The investigator saw a basket of laundry and THREE plates in the sink. The worker then acted like everything was okay, the next day they came back and forced her into a safety plan, or her children would be removed. The reason? “Hoarding tendencies,” because she hadn’t loaded the three dishes into the dishwasher and had not yet swapped loads of laundry. They then stated this woman needed a psychiatric evaluation, turns out she had been a DV survivor (years prior), then they switched to her capacity to protect her children from an abuser who they hadn’t seen in years. They show up for an allegation of drug use, it’s unfounded, but while looking for that, they then switched to mental issues and hoarding. It is called the DCF/CPS Trap. They do it all the time. They get forms and papers ready and fill things in, the judges just sign off. Now, instead of “allegations of drug abuse,” they list “allegations of drug abuse, capacity to care for children, history of domestic violence, hoarding.” How does that look to a judge? Once you allow these people into your home, you open yourself up for fifty other subjective possibilities, judged by these people who have one goal: remove your children. If you actually look into other cases, 90% of the time, investigators end up on concerns that were initially not mentioned. They WILL find any reason to keep harassing you.

Take note **The electrical outlet with the broken cover**. That could/would be a safety issue with dcfs and a child. It was stated only 2 ways to take your kids. While that may be correct in your state let me assure you it is not correct stating it as blanket for all states. Any child endangerment/safety reasons can make it happen. Depending on the level of the hazard is dependent on if they can declare and emergency removal. Where they remove child without court order, and then at the earliest time possible take the papers to a judge to sign.

Yes I was in a town that child tectors & cops together went to a grade school and questioned over 50 kids. About noon they went with warrants and arrested every parent BEFORE SURCHING THE HOUSE. That day all those kids went home to NO PARENTS NO ADULTS NOTHING. The authorities were so happy with there BIG DRUG BUST they had nothing set up for all those kids. I was one of several neighbors that had kids bring home there friends crying cuz no one was home and it's dark with no dinner.

I believe him and this lady is talking about. C.P.S. is notorious for doing these terrible things to these children and their parents. We need to become more proactive as a society to contact out State Senators, State Govenors, State Reps.and let them know that these treaments are very foul, unacceptable, and dangerous to our families...especially the kids. There needs to be more accountability with C.P.S. and the Police because they are violating these families constitutional rights....and we need to be more cautious who we vote for so they wrong ppl. are not running our government. thank you

Dhs came into my life, 8 mths ago, over alligations from my ex wife. It was an ugly divorce, and when it was final, we were granted 50/50 custody. After 4-5 mths, of sharing my kids with her, she discovered she didnt like not being in control anymore. Long story short, she cleverly baited me, and provoked a response out of me, by out of the blue one day, she locked my kids down in her house, and refused to answer the door. The curtains were drawn, doors locked, and was screaming for me to leave, refusing to explain, what her problem was, or why she was acting in this way. She'd planned this, and it was very sratigic The previous evening, we'd had a good day, we were getting along, and we'd all 4, ate supper together. She knew that id respond with confusion and that id be presistant in trying to figure out the situation. And i was. Not seeing the trap, and acting on pure emotion, i tapped on windows, trying to speak through the glass, and remained on the property. And from an outsiders perspective, i would of appeared possesive or possibly controling. Or HIGH on meth, which is the result she wanted. And she then contacted dhs. Over the recent 8 months, ive been subjected to the abuse of dhs. Not knowing my rights, i agreed to allow them to drug test me. My UA'S, have all been clean. However, i was ordered to wear a drug patch. It fell off in 4 days, and i later discovered, it wasnt installed on me properly. The drug screen tech was new, on the job, and didnt put the protective layer on top of the patch. Because it fell off, it was considerd tampered with, and documented, as a dirty test. 4 days ago, they showed up to my house for a random UA. After she left, i went about my day. That night, i was reviewing my copy, of the UA form, and was stunned to see another mans name on the document, instead of mine. Meaning they made an identity mistake, and that my donor urine, went to someone else, and i most likely will have his. This is huge, in my mind. It shows how easy dhs can ruin someones life, and potentially take away parental rights. I have not alerted dhs of my discovery yet. Im waiting to see if they catch they're mistake. If they dont, and the test comes back positive, i have a nice, federal suprise for them. This should be, a "case dropping incodent." Your thoughts?

And truly, this chamber did provide protection, but only for those who either came from yet worse situations; or for those who happened to be placed in a quiet, soft corner, and who somehow stayed there. The keepers of this place were hard, for anyone who had a heart of pure flesh, their hearts were poked by and for the inevitable suffering that happened in this place, and their hearts bled to the point that they were forced to leave. But those who were hard from the start, or who allowed their hearts to be hardened, the demons of the suffering began the gradual process of chipping a hollow. The goal of this process was for the demon to create a home inside the heart on which it worked, and like most beings, they like a roomy home. There were several groups of people who lived outside this place, one was unaware of the horrors of the place, another group was of those who were passersby, and yet another of people who had been expelled from the place. Both the expelled and the passersby wished they could tear down the horrid brick wall which enclosed the haven for corruption, but the hard-resistant strength of the wall seemed to laugh scornfully at anybody who tried. But one day, God implanted His strength and courage on a group of people to press against the wall. This group of people who vitally contributed were from each of the groups called unaware, passersby, and the expelled, though each had a unique role in the war against the evil brick wall. With the deep insight of the expelled, and the grieved hearts of the passersby, both groups prayed to God and continued to press against the wall. The group of unaware deeply longed for God’s will to be accomplished, and though they did not know it, they prayed for God’s workers to have His strength and vigour continuously flow into them. Together, God used these three groups to press against that wall, and press they did, with so great a force, that could only come from God; and the wall began to crumble, and it fell to utter rubble. Oh, the mess it made! Now the demons living in the hearts of the workers were exposed and could no longer remain in that place. They fled frantically from the horrible scenes they had created and could no more wreak havoc in the lives of the people who lived behind the wall. After the wall was destroyed, the materials of its rubble were next. Consequently God caused the ground to open so deep, this hole reached the fires of hell. After God opened the ground, God’s workers shoved the rubble of the wall into the fire at the base of the hole, then swept every bit of the remaining dust into the hell-bound hole, and God seamlessly closed the earthen hole.

As someone who has had to deal with CPS thanks to angry ex in-laws, I agree with what has been said here. It is scary and stressful to have to deal with these "officers" who have the authority to steal your children. By the way, even if those reports are unfounded, and the investigation proves that nothing was wrong, the fact that you WERE investigated at all remains on a file; and if you are ever reported again, by anyone, for any thing, the new investigator WILL look up your name and find that you were previously investigated, and count that against you without evwn looking at the details of your file or seeing that the allegations were completely unfounded.

If anyone gets pulled over by any public official, record!!! And let them know you are doing so for your own safety!! Do not answer any questions or allow them to search your property(house,apartment,car or self without any probable cause or a warrant! Police and every public officials are NOT on your side! They are always fishing for anything for you to self incriminate. Claim your Constitutional rights, fifth amendment. Do not help them get a case against you by talking to them. Get a lawyer/attorney and keep quiet.

I wish I knew back in 2013 the things that I have learned from you guys! CPS took my autistic son for 10 months and the the claims in their papers were all crap, the CPS worker told me if my son was neuro typical she never would have taken him and because I have a diagnosis of PTSD and anxiety I never should have had kids at all. ( my reason for being diagnosed with PTSD and anxiety was because of the fact that I was in foster care as a child and abused for 9 years and when I told my CPS worker about the abuse I was accused of lying and told I had an over active imagination).

Just in case nobody realizes, no hotline call is actually anonymous. It’s a 1-800 number for a reason. Whoever pays for the 1-800 number automatically receives the phone number and name of the person calling. If the call is a false allegation, you can write a certified letter directing CPS to prosecute administratively, get a copy of the report to the sheriff to prosecute criminally, and you can sue civilly (even pro se for $1.00) in each of those the name of the caller and a transcript (Audio and written) can be provided by the hotline as evidence. When you send the certified letter to CPS, be sure to tell them to preserve the hotline call. Now you know. Knowledge is power.

We have dealt with these criminals for years. Simple get off my proprperty. Get a warrent. Oh bring the Sheriff. Not a Depity. Because he is the one your taxes and vote put him in. And he is your employee.
