adult learner here. good video. best part of this one was hearing “feet are scooping the water in”. hardly any instructional videos explain where/how the water is supposed be moving or going to by the swimmers movements. I wish I could find some videos that visualized the water flow via animation or something - I think that could help adults, specifically.

Zack is very efficient and skilled. .He’s hardly trying. Even in the flutter kick he is still barely breathing. I would’ve been panting at that point.

just try to eloborate my previous post. from what i understand the principal is such as that the left leg moves clockwise, and the right counterclockwise. my question is do i need to kick in such way as left leg moves counterclockwise and the right clockwise. thanks!

hi. i have a question. i am trying to improve my breastroke kick. do i need to kick in one direction or i need to switch each leg while do eggbeater kick.

It's tiring

Not good technique - you have to spread your knees wide to have a stable and efficient position in the water. Also, wearing surfer shorts does not help in showing anatomic detail of complex movement.
