The sign should be kept scrupulously maintained, so that everyone will be able to draw the connection between the delapidated clapboard buildings (at least one of which has asbestos in it) and cracked, weed choked parking lot and the inevitable destiny of anything the clown touches. There is no better metaphor.

A couple more fun facts about the park: It was closed in 2010 due to lack of funding. Several groups have tried to rename in, including a state senator who introduced legislation, and when Trump found out they wanted to take his name off, he tried to make them Give. It. Back.

He's still in office because being a smug, rude, asshole who doesn't know how things work isn't an impeachable offense. I don't like Trump, I disagree with most things he does, but unless there is evidence he has committed a major crime (like they prove collusion with the Russian government), he has at least another 3 years. The US doesn't have a no confidence vote.

I can't begin to express the value of these shows. It's more than just the brief catharsis of hearing a sympathetic rant ... lots of people could provide that. Not as many can provide genuine insight into the ridiculousness of our position as a society. Commentators making no attempt at humor still don't manage to get at truth as effectively as this comedian does ... a sad statement on the current state of political commentary, but also a triumph of comedic journalism. Cracked is without a doubt my favourite pop-culture related humour group ever, and I say that as someone that does nothing but consume pop-culture related comedy. I like the larger expansive pieces, I like the smaller quick takes and everything in between. And yet, even within that metric, this series is one of my favourite things you guys have ever produced. I worry about you Cody. I just recently binged about the last year worth of shows and you look physically waaay worse than a year ago. I'm sorry dude, not to be disrespectful, but I hope you are taking care of yourself. These are very trying times and we need people like you! I mean... it'd barely need to affect his weekend Mar-a-lago / golfing plans, and we could all do without waking up everyday, pulling out a little more hair and asking "What has he done TODAY!?" :P

Cody and co. have commented on the podcasts that the amount of shit Trump is doing messing the world up is potentially causing people mental health / anxiety issues due to the fact it's the first and last thing on a lot of people's minds at the start and end of every day. I'm not making excuses for the big orange fruitcake. I'm on the side of rational people that want to see him gone. I'm British though, so y'know... unable to keep from framing everything with sarcasm. ;)

Maybe CERN keeps fucking up the timeline and it's hard for him because he's so close to the change in space time from what we've all experienced, as he's the president. It doesn't excuse anything but imagine how hard your job would be when you wake up not knowing if yesterday is still yesterday after time and time again, it changes.

Love the show, the presenter, the style, and the medium. That being said, I would greatly appreciate a change of topic. I know this is hard, and I've read DOB's rant about how it is hard to do so, and I understand it. But for sanity's sake, for variety if nothing else, dedicate at least a small amount of the allotted time to talking about "not-trump". Anything goes, the world is a big place, and shit happens all the time, and some of that shit manages to be interesting, at least from some angle. It will be good for all of Us. Thank you for the joy Cracked has brought to this existence. You're all awesome!
