I just wanted to thank you. We had a Skype coaching session yesterday, and after it was over I broke down. It was the session about the 2 and half year relationship that ended in a monkey branch. I opened up to my mom about it and my anxiety has gone down so much that I can actually eat a full meal now. She called me and I told her about the emotional cheating she did and how I don’t want to talk to her anymore if she’s with her boyfriend still. She broke down and she wanted to talk to me face to face but I told her the same thing and hung up. I still don’t know what the future holds for me, but i will definitely do another session with you it was worth every penny. Thank you Coach Craig Kenneth.

This is me right now. I got too comfortable. When it's over you realise just how special that person was. And she was special. Never had a girlfriend like her before. She was kind. This has been a tremendously hard lesson. But I'll try to never make these mistakes again, a good woman is worth it

I’m going through the same thing 😔 8yrs as well. I took him for granted.. but I still see hope as he seems confused and Still makes actions that shows he loves me. The intimacy and comfortability also comes from him as well. I tried to make it work, but he says he’s not focused on that right now, but with himself. We were together since college. Teens as well. He has problems with his life as well, and is depressed but he doesn’t acknowledge that yet.

Towards the end of my relationship, (which ended 73 days ago) I took my girlfriend for granted. My separation anxiety and anxious attachment styles brought out the worst in me and I would take out my frustrations on her and get mad. Therefore, she would end up crying so much that she couldn’t take it anymore. Prior to all that, we had a great 5 and a half year relationship! We would go out, we would go over to each other’s houses, but she would come over more so we could have our fun, (we couldn’t do it at her parents house) this was all before the pandemic hit.

I took my ex of 7 years for granted (18-25). I accepted full responsibility for my actions and apologized. What’s annoying now is she keeps reaching out everything few days to a week she won’t stay away (over a month now). Which sounds good except everytime she comes to the conclusion she is still “confused” and is not ready but loves me. I’m about to be fed up for my own mental health I can’t keep this up she is about to just get blocked.

This really sound like my situation right now except that we were together for 2 years… shorter amount of time but the timeline is quite similar. Switching to teenage hood to adult hood and all the responsibilities that come with it. We did things so quickly that we didn’t had the time for each other and take care of each other… my personal growth has been on standby since then and i think that this is the real reason she decided to end it, at least for now….

I wish I could go back and fix what I did. She was the sweetest, most loving person I ever had the pleasure of having in my life. And what do I do? I ignore her hints about wanting to go out more and not show her how much I truly care. Now she's gone and all I can do is accept the fact that I messed up and there's nothing I can do to fix it.

I remember many times I asked my ex (dumper) if she wanted to go hiking…nothing crazy just smaller mountains you can walk up and she was never interested. We’ve been broken up for 4 months now? Now it seems she goes hiking any chance she gets. I don’t understand.

The polarity in this relationship was lost over time. She obviously felt terrible about breaking up and knew it would be difficult for him. He should work on his own emotional security and find his masculine core again while letting her experience missing him. He must work towards becoming the strongest version of himself. It's all about the journey. 🙏

I was wondering if you ever done a video about 'Ex not Initiating' thru text/call Im starting to worry its been a pattern like I done the no contact rule back in March. We hung out a few times after the breakup the last time we saw each other was 6 months ago. She had a rebound during the last time we talked. 2 months had passed, she broken up with the rebound. Its now August talking here and there and she doesnt initiate.She works alot Do I give up on trying?

Went to Craig after my breakup two years ago. Did I follow his advice? Yes. Did it work? Yes. Did I get my ex back? Well, sort of. The person I got back wasn’t the person I knew in the relationship. I decided I had enough and walked away. Her last words “why didn’t you try harder.”

What ur opinion when u took her for granted. We were dating for 7 months and broke up 2 weeks ago for a misunderstanding but since i blew up her phone and showed up to her place the day we broke up. She said i crossed the line that day and that she didn’t see a future with me anymore. I apologize for my reaction and explained my intentions after that I respected her decision and told her to get back at me if she change her minds since i had strong feeling for her and left. Since that day may 14 i haven’t reached out or begged. She did say the feeling where mutual and almost cried and went back inside her house.

NC day 43...she still has our pics on social media, still posts profile pics wearing things that I gave her, hasn't pushed for me to get the rest of my things from the house (still has the engagement ring too), and has sent a couple of "indirect-direct" texts to me during NC. My ex accused me of being boring and that I only wanted to be at home and never wanted to go out and do nothing(yeah specially in lockdown). Problem is that she was always looking for things to do outside(even in lockdown) and didnt like to be at home, nor do shared activities with the family. She was irresponsible and never shared the growth of family with me but always asked for her only interests. Finally sued me for divorce and separated me from her and my daughter and son, because supousedly i was angry and sad all the time and only wanted to be watching tv and working in my laptop. Later I found she was lieing to me and she already had another relation, and everything she said to me was to move me away from her sorry and awful plans. The ones who pay bad were my sons, because she created a lots of lies to come to that decition. Im still very angry.
