I dreamt of my ex this morning. I was crying in the dream and woke up with tears on my face. No matter how much I move on I still feel the pain. It’s hard to imagine they are hurting at all

😅 I have no social media so I can't view anything and she can't see into my life/see my posts or stories. Disappear and work on yourself, change your wardrobe, hit the gym (not just cardio), become a more peaceful person without them and stay silent because it causes your ex to be curious about you. If he/she is in a rebound then let them go.....no contact or whatever but do not get strung along just because you miss them dearly because they will take emotional advantage of you in every way. Don't fall for the "...I miss what we had....", "....this is hard for me too...", "...I don't want to stop talking to you.....", ".....I still love you....", ".....I still think about you/I can't stop thinking about you...."🙄 all just phrases to keep you on the string. Your heart is a antique item....... 🤔 how many times can you allow it to be broken, especially by someone who already dropped it? Ex's do come back, it may be half a year or 5+ but just know your value before they try to reinvest in your heart. Do everything for yourself, not to get them back but to get back the person you were before the relationship....the person that attracted them to you, go fall in love with that person again. I know it sounds easy but 🤷‍♂️ I'm currently doing it and it feels great

I do believe that my ex is hurting as well, because I sometimes start crying uncontrollably or just tear up (either after I fall asleep or when I’m awake) I feel that we’re connected and share the same pain.

I dated someone for a short period of time last summer. After 7 weeks of NC, he reached out to me. We met up and he told me that he’s been thinking of me and the fun moments we had. Wasn’t expecting to hear from him since he made it clear before that HE NEVER REACHED OUT TO HIS EXES. I guess I was special to him.

After a year I tried to reach out to my ex gf again, I suddenly had a realization that I regretted breaking up with her and wanted to try to reconcile. By that time, so long had passed that she had already healed and moved on. Unfortunately I couldn't take no for an answer, until it got to the point where she changed her phone number, blocked any method I have of reaching her, and even threatening to call the police for harassment. I wish I would found your channel and watched these videos sooner...

I don’t understand how we are suppose to know what your ex is doing if you are in no contact. My ex is not active on social media so I have no way of knowing what he is doing.

There’s just no way a heartbreak can hurt this bad and be totally one sided.

It’s been 5 months and everyday I wake up in pain like it just happened. I’m bewildered how she is fine and moving on, every time I think about it the joke in my heart grows a bit more. But 5 months of no contact, seeing a therapist, trying to heal and it’s just not helping at all.

Its been 6mos. Officially together for 2yrs and on/off the last 3yrs. I think the threshold of him missing me is far gone by now. Plus, he has new supply. He isn't thinking of me..he's distracted trying to impress her :(

I was the one emotionally stable.. He took me for granted and he always blamed on the fact that he was single for a long time and he forgot how to behave with a woman (I was required the bare minimum from him) and still nothing after 2 years of long distance relationship... I think I am going to let my wife go. I love her so much but I really can't help but let her go because she is hurting, she has issues and don't want to seek help but rather choosing to let our marriage end as a fix. Yeah she doesnt care, shes happy now with a mutual friend of ours and completely down played our relationship to just being friends with benefits. Hi Coach! So my situation is a bit weird... me and my ex girlfriend have been a couple for like 2 months, which is short I know, but she still meant a lot to me. She broke up with me a week ago. I've made so many mistakes People-pleasing, said I'd be his emotional support, bought gifts, catch up calls for three months he was engaging in all of that - even did indirect directs. I finally cut the cord after he said we could move on with other people and keep talking just never talk about it. He told me I really upset him when I asked for a clean break ...pretty selfish considering he dumped me. Told him to not reach out unless he wanted more than friendship, had to reinforce that for 2 months before he finally got the picture and respected the boundary. Almost 3 months NC, 7 months broken up and I'm still waiting for him to reach out, I miss him dearly.

As a dumper, I can promise you this is true. It’s been super painful for me. I dumped him because things were not working and after many convos we were stuck. I lost it one day and left without a word. I love him so much but it’s not working, so don’t think that dumpers don’t hurt because we do.
