I’m an intuitive and this is true. You see this play out all the time. When your energy is no longer with someone, that’s when they start to miss you. If you are always thinking about someone, your energy is with them and they have no space to miss you.

It is scary how spot on this video is. Eight months of no contact, and my ex reached out. Right when I was moving on and dating again.

6 months - 12 months is the hot period for these ex’s to return. Of course you are going to chase and fight for them, over do the reach outs etc for months, you aren’t going to shake hands and be okay, don’t stress it, you can come back from it if you finally remove them and everyone related to them out your life, focus on yourself, and the people in your life. you will be a new person in a few months, and they will realise you aren’t chasing anymore, now it’s starting to sink in, now they feel the results of dumping you. now they wonder what you are doing. Don’t have social media contact!!!!! it’s a killer for sparking curiosity.

Yeah trust me, they came back because they realised the grass wasn’t greener, they realised they messed up by dumping you, if you got anything value or respect for yourself, I wouldn’t bother with them. i took an ex back and they were just the same, I progressed in the time apart and they didn’t. doesn’t work out very well.

You guys helped me through a really tough time 2022. Horrendous. Dumped after 10 happy years, so I thought. He found another. I Immediately went no contact. So so hard to do. Cried daily. Even my dog seemed lost without him. I listened to your podcasts ALOT at night when I was alone and very upset. You don't realise how much you guys helped me to function and go to work etc. I met another, he's so so sweet and kind. I've been in no contact for 16 months and last week the ex reached out...via my dad....had the best life with me and wants to speak to me.....well, I've told my new man all of this, and my ex can get lost! My ex showed up 2 days to late after I had moved on with my future wife. She's probably kicking herself all these years later, never married, no kids and damn near 50.

Its like when you are in a relationship, you are controlling and clingy; which made them feel trapped. But when you move on, you no longer need to worry about the person, or be clingy at what he or she do. Because of that, they feel free so they come back....kind of like being free from toxic relationship.

Sometimes exes comeback sometimes they don't. Focus on moving forward and making yourself your best so when we meet the right person we have the best to offer. And when they do reach out if you respond keep it brief keep it slow. Stay focused on personal growth so if you want to move forward with them they know you have new standards

My ex decided to come back when I finally moved on after waiting over a year for him to try and work things out. At first you think it’s every thing you were waiting for, you emotionally agree but be careful because you are quickly reminded why it ended.

My ex reached out about three weeks ago after two months of NC. We saw each other three weeks later, he was really curious and asked a lot about my life. I told him all the things I had going on and loved doing and he was surprised by my personal growth. He had bought a new t-shirt(I told him a year ago that I liked that color on him) he had a plan for what he was going to say. I asked if he was thinking about me and he did. But still, he doesn't want me back. He's really not good at communicating and I think he is confused. He's 23, he just wants to try being single, being with his friends and family, without me. But I hope someday when I move on he will realize what he lost. because after seeing him I know my worth, and even if I still love him, I still know he's a coward for letting me go.

I have one ex that keeps coming back and there was a time I thought I couldn’t breathe without him. We dated in high school grade 10-11, then he broke up with me and shortly later he moved away. About eight months later I finally put myself out there and was about to go on a date, as I was going out the door my ex texted me!!! Long story short: a week ago my ex put her hands covering my eyes then kissed me in my ears, she knows I love that,why she did that? My ex reached out to see how I was going. But when I said I’m doing well and am happy, she accused me of never loving her. Meanwhile, she accidentally over shared she’d been sleeping with the one guy I accused her of cheating on me with while we were together. Then accused me of cheating and just went off at me. Making the breakup and all her negative feelings on me. Then telling me over and over how happy she is and that she’s not coming back. After that I told her I still care about her but and shocked to find out about the other guy and then blocked her.

No contact works people. I have moved on from my ex who broke up with me for no reason because he had a fight with his mother the next I knew he was blaming me and picking a fight with me. When I questioned (Daniel) he blocked me for 3 months. I was hurt but kept the No contact and a few months later I met another man (Charlie) who appreciates me. My ex has reached out multiple times and I ignore all his messages now.. lets see how he likes it... I DONT WANT HIM ANYMORE EITHER!

I'm not dependant on my partner and have never been. I just really miss her. She was my best friend as well as my partner, I hate no contact and I hate everything about our situation. She says she doesn't want to lose me, but she also doesn't want to be with me. She says she will miss me, but doesn't want to talk. She tells me She truly values me as a person and an influence in her life, but also says she needs space. She still really likes me as a person and even loves me, but says she wants to move on. I'm so confused and hurt at the same time. I don't know what she even means. I assume she is just as confused as I am, but man would I prefer we could have an open discussion about what we both want rather than pure silence and hiding our feelings from each other. edit: One thing Margaret said really resonated with me and my breakup. She told me she was really anxious about her future, career and income. She was completely lost in this. Eventually she told me she was unhappy with me and broke up with me. I wish her family didn't hate me for no reason. They pushed her to break up with me for months. At the start of our 4 year relationship they told her to break upfor an entire year because it'd never work out anyway. I fucking hate them, I think they're disgustingly despicable people who try to manipulate her into doing whatever they say. In a way it's annoying lol They almost always reach out 6 months later and I'm pretty much over it by then (point of the video.) It would be nice to sometimes try the relationship again 3 months after the breakup if both people improved while there's still interest but at the 6 month point it's like it would be cool to try again but there's very little feelings at that point.

I just realized it's bcuz that's where I was when he was 1st attracted to me happy & not needing him. So we're all energy & they can sense that... and that's why... bcuz they're attracted to us when we're feeling our best & most attractive... even if what they did in the relationship caused us to feel less attractive 😔 it's like they were testing us to see how strong we really are

My ex did come back after I just started dating again. I am still doing the work, and we are taking things slowly. I left my ex he refused to commit to me or get any counseling for himself after a horrible 25 year marriage. I got tired of listening to the excuses after 2.9 years. What if I truly don't want him back? He keeps saying horrible things to me I guess because I finally walked away. I was really working on myself TMS therapy, counseling even getting a job after being retired. All the things he found fault with me. Now I don't want him the tide has reversed finally.

My ex contact with me after 3months...at first I was desperate and try everything thing to convince her. I was miserable and was crying in front of her. I begged her and even tried to end my life. After 3 weeks of my begging and pleading, she reiterated she needed time and space, and to just breathe. At that point, I promised her that, and went no contact. She contacted me in 6 days. That was 3 weeks ago, and she's been contacting me every few days since. Her last text (yesterday) included a photo of her in her Halloween costume at work. I only respond, and never initiate contact. I keep it positive. Our texts are mostly mundane. I know we both actually need a bit more time at this point. I'm waiting for her to suggest getting together, but think it may be around 3 more months before she does. But, I'm wondering what our eventual chances are of reuniting.
