You'we just fixed my car man, thanks. After the whole diesel pump and filter inspection/cleaning it didnt run, but the thing with the solenoid fixed the problem, just had to "wake him up" a little. Car works thankss 🤙🏼🤟🏼✌️

Sa wakas nakatagpo din ng maayos at malinaw na DIY paano magtroubleshoot ng diesel engine (4d56) hard starting issue... palit glow plugs na lahat, bago battery, maayos na starter, yun pala fuel lines lang... mabuti hnd ko agad nadala sa diesel calibration... excited na ako itroubleshoot at maibalik na ang one click start ng sasakyan... does this work on the "newer" 4d56 engines equipped w/ common rail feature? my '12 montero sport is inconsistently starting. the fault code it threw out was p0628 when i scanned it. thanks for the clear video bosing!

Hi Mr. DIYer, I've been watching almost all your videos about Diesel engines. Currently, I finished watching this vid, and I have a liitle concern regarding my 4m40 Engine. First start in the morning after long park or no use of the vehicle, it starts with no fuss and one-click smooth. Now my concern was after a drive and I parked it for a while and try to start it again, I observed some cranking maybe 1-2 seconds before the engine will start - which I believe I did not encounter before. I am wondering what causes it to behave like that. Maybe you can enlighten me. Thank you so much!

every Time I have to start my 1992 pajero exceed I have to pump it manually at the fuel pump but after I have started the engine it is now easier to start the engine but after about 12 hours, I have to manually pump it again just to start the engine again. do you know any solution for this? or do I have to change my fuel pump?
