There was an excellent independent documentary on Enter the Dragonfly development process, the game suffered a lot and has one of the worst development process I've ever seen. Those people were starving, without health insurance and even one worked tried to murder another by choking him, and finally one of the studios (both of them I think?) went bankrupt and closed iirc. They took off the documentary recently, no idea why (Mr.FO1 was the creator). Excellent review as always :)

In crash games sometimes the story follow the secret 100% ending, and sometimes not. Crash the wrath of cortex is a bad game for a lot of reasons. Bas gameplay, aweful musics (exept the japonese level), very bad charadesign and 3d models. People need to understand that Naughty dog where some pure genius, like Nintendo. Traveler's tales are some shitty developers. The music of Twinsanity is the worst thing that ever happens in video games history, and crash nitro nart was just bad.

I was surprised to find that there's not many comparison videos of the two considering what each game meant for their series, it seemed like the perfect subject for me to do some experimentation with my video and I'm super pleased with the response, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it as well! I'll definitely be reviewing Twinsanity in the future and I can't wait for it! It was one of the first games I really remember growing up with and it's gonna be a lot of fun to look back on.

I just thought what if wrath of cortex takes place after the bad ending of crash 3 instead of the 100% ending. If that is the case than that would mean that crash twoc and crash 4 take place in two completely different timelines

This was a nice video concept, this specific one reminded me of Gexup's Naughty Dog vs. Insomniac Games series, even though neither of these games are made by them...I haven't played Enter the Dragonfly, heard it's a (memeworthy) glitchy mess, but I have played A Hero's Tail, never gotten far into it though. Same goes for The Wrath of Cortex, there's just something about the game that makes me not want to progress far in it. #NotMyCrash4

Don't even bother with ETD, it's as bad as you've heard. I can see of course why people wouldn't like WoC but I just love Crash platforming so much that it's bearable enough for me, and of course the music is legendary lol. I played Hero's Tail a bit a couple years ago, I didn't get too far into it either but I thought it was pretty okay

How can you play the underwater levels in HD?! I have to revert to native resolution whenever Crash is underwater, because the graphics are really fucked up!

But here's a idea for a future video. Why don't you compare Donkey Kong country 1,2,3. to crash bandicoot 1,2,3. In the style of this video.

I like the new experimentation you've been doing with the vids, I've come to like your content over year and half of watching you. Wrath of cortex has some things going for it but it falls flat on its ambition. I knew enter the dragon fly sucked ass even as a kid because I always saw it in sales bins and wanted to try it anyways but I'm glad I didn't

I'm trying to get a bit more creative with the way I present my content so I'm glad this worked for you! I know my content's good enough to be enjoyable for people, I've had plenty of reassurance from great people like you and plenty of others to know I have what it takes to succeed, I think now it's more of a matter of presenting the content to people in more interesting ways like I said. Always love the support from you it's amazing you've stuck with me for well over a year and I appreciate it a ton. I can totally agree with you about WoC, it's caught in this middle ground trying to please people by doing the same old while also trying to be innovative and it kinda just falls on its face. Enter the Dragonfly sadly just isn't much of a pleasurable experience whatsoever lmao

I've always been attached to my childhood platformers, there's not many games honestly that I've been interested in since. There's ones like classic COD: Black Ops, MW2, then there's Far Cry, Skyrim, but really the series like Crash, Spyro, Ratchet etc. are the ones I've always been more connected to, especially the PS2 era stuff. PS2 platformers specifically like Jak, Ratchet and Sly have this perfect blend to me of being creative while still being able to tell compelling stories that has always connected with me

As a kid I had crash spyro, ratchet and sonic, teenagehood I had mw2-black ops 2 to fill the void in for me and since I turned 24 I got into rpgs and didn't fully understood them til I tried DnD last year and fell in an rpg hole. Anyways I like the way you do content and I'm always down for anything

The wrath of cortex is my favourite crash game, then tag team racing and twinsanity are my 2nd favs🤩 NOTE: The only PS1 crash games i played were crash 1 and Warped i guess i only completed 20% of them, and i played them once and in my cousin's house like 10 years ago, nostalgia haha 😁i don't remember so much about those games 😅
