4 жыл бұрынA weekend in London with some of my favourite people! For the last 3 years, Vivo Life has sent me to London for the big Vegfest and it continues to be a highlight of the year for me. I got to bring Crystal with me this year which was really cool!

Hey man i just wanted to say thank you for being that push for me to pursue and become vegan! Been hearing ppl saying that being vegan for long is unhealthy but you def showed me that thats not the case. Again thank you for the tips, cooking ideas and just showing how great it can be vegan! I have an enlarged liver, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. Keep up the awesome work man an inspiration for real!! #SimnettNutrition

This is amazing to see. So many awesome people in one place warms my heart! Jealous I am in the US and couldn't come out and meet everyone. And also, while I’ve seen you mention Vivo Life a bunch of times it was only now that I jumped across and had a look at their website. DUDE! Thank you for the nut butter, we did get it home! They took our vego spread away, but the nut butter made it though! Woohoo. We haven't tried it yet, since we know we won't be able to get any more we are savouring it until we run out of our other crap nut butters, haha.. it looks so good! Good luck on the business venture, you have what it takes man, just keep going. The sky is the limit.

Great form and pelvic stabilization on those incline p-ups D! Using those abs, stabilizing in neutral through changing and challenging movements is my jam! Not into the "tuck" but it's good tool if someone doesn't yet have the uniform ab strength to maintain neutral.
