Creamy Garlic & White Wine Chicken

Күн бұрынA very easy, yet most tasty, recipe for chicken breasts in a creamy garlic and white wine sauce. It doesn't take long to make either and is ideal served with some summer veg and new potatoes.

Hi GEOFF.. Lovely day here in DEVON up early Dolly Dog(fully recovered) walked.... 🐶👌so having some. Coffee watching you...this is A Nice recipe...... that sauce is great and I can do chicken for me and QUORN chicken breast for Niel so best of both worlds... Thanks my lovely 🥰

Thats fabulous 🎉uncle geoff, im sure you missed the boys ..uncle Percival sends his love despite health battles , Sir Barney the third is struggling and Bobby Buttons became 1 a week ago . I have had a few issues also . Hiwever this is a wonderful recipe , nice to get away from the sweet stuff.. something healthy . So we decided to go out later to our supermarket and get these ingredients. That is our supper sorted. Hope you ok uncle geoff . From the boys

Uncle Geoff , would it be advisable to use a saute pan for this recipe ..we have a new saute pan waiting to use . If we doubled the ingredients ? Would you serve this with rice other than garden vegetables

@@sirbarneythethirdbobbyandme It is so simple I think any pan will be fine. Certainly a saute pan will work. Yes rice would be fine, though I had new potatoes.

Uncle Geoff, Uncle Percy has enquired ,if you had mushrooms in the flat ,would you be tempted to use them ..we prefer boiled potatoes as you suggested

I might use mushrooms, it rather depends how I feel at the time.

@@geoffsbakingblog we made it tonight ...included mushrooms..everything to the letter . Lovely and first time using saute pan ... used fresh parsley also .the 4 garlic cloves were great addition to chicken .... had to get wirne in before uncle Percy would sink it ... Used potatoes ..and enough for tommorrow also .

Dessert was strawberries on a meringue with double cream and fresh mint ...we had water with lemon and the white wine ...fresh coffee and a pipe for uncle Percy
