¿Quién soy?
➜Mi nombre es José María Puya, aunque en redes también se me conoce como Jose Kenji. De profesión soy Dietista-Nutricionista (Colegiado AND-1332), Tecnólogo de Alimentos (Asociado AND-0003) y Técnico Superior en Dietética. Ante todo, me considero un entusiasta de los alimentos en todas sus vertientes. Me dedico a la divulgación alimentaria en internet desde el 2010 y actualmente estoy activo en el formato Podcast (El Alimentólogo), Blog (alimentologia.com), Instagram (@josekenji y @dudas.nutri), LinkedIn y Twitter.
