Creating Order in my Studio - Thrift Flips for my studio ~ gorgeous organization

Today I am going upcycle a table and thrifted items into organization that looks like decor to use in my basement studio. I use DIY paint in the color White Swan and Farm Fresh and Big Top as the top coat. I use IOD products noted in the video to make these thrifted items I found from my stash look like a collection. I'm so glad to see you creating the space in which to create your cozy! A dedicated space is everything; it shows in three dimensions how much you value yourself and take your pursuits seriously. One day at a time and one project at a time! That’s why I organized some kitchen cabinets first so I could enjoy them daily and be encouraged to do more like it!

Love the worktable. Such a great space to work on multiple projects. You are so lucky to have a cabinet to store your supplies in one area. The baskets were my favorite of your projects other than the table.

That table came out great. The damage just makes it look as if it's something rustic and old with that stain color. I think it will be a great surface to spread out projects. This is what I've been wanting, just a big table surface to be able to spread out materials when working on a project, and be able to leave it and come back to it when I have time.

Hello Heather!!! Loving what you did with your studio! I am going to get a hutch now for my smalls and projects that I am working on. I already have bookcases for supplies and an 8 foot table that I put my smalls on. I need to go vertical so I will have more room to work. My studio space is 12 by 28 and it is full. Lol. I don’t like to watch diy KZfaq videos without learning anything so thank you for teaching me something today!!! I have a table that has a laminate top not knowing how to paint it or stain it like you did I’m so excited to try staining the top fingers crossed it turns out as good as your table did. Just make sure it’s just a light sanding because there is only so much depth in a laminate.

Awesome studio girl! Awesome video this is the exact channel I have been looking for! I also have a studio that used to be my hair salon for almost 30 years! That, for the last three years, I have been trying to turn into my craft studio or half-and-half, so I could do both when I wanted. You gave me some awesome ideas my brain is running! I have collected 70 things throughout the last couple years that I don’t know what to do with I don’t sell, I don’t have a Bose… But could definitely use some things to help me organize better! thank you again for sharing!!

I loooove everything, especially the baskets! Awesome job Heather! I love how the hutch is looking at the end, too. The basket on top of the hutch.... is that painted in farm fresh and then sealed, and that gives it that darker color? Gorgeous!!!

Someone else asked me this the other day and I cannot find a brand or any info when I google lense it! My mother in law got it for me for Christmas a couple of years ago. When I finally find it I will share it. Still looking!
