Nice recipe LookCatchu! Kimchi is a new one on me, but I've added it to my shopping list and will give it a whirl soon! Love pancakes and omelette meals - lots of variety in such, as there is in stir-fried stuff. We also call green onions / scallions here spring onions - to complicate things further 😄 Have a super fun packed week 😎🙏🌈

I'm a kimchi head ... this statement is very true, even make my own. These pancakes are great if your kimchi aged a bit too well and turned sour. Cooking it in a stew, soup, fried rice or pan cakes helps with that. Savory korean pancakes are so good, especially with sea food or even just with green onions (yes, green onions; I don't do peer pressure, hehe)

Hi Catherine, in Melbourne at the health food shop I buy kimchi juice in a bottle. It's a probiotic and has more microbes than the kimchi solids. It's so refreshing ❤

You combined Taiwan’s scallion with Korean’s kimchi and turned out an amazing pancake. In Taiwan, Cong you bing, also known as scallion pancake or "green onion pancake" is a popular snack 😋 Great video ❤👍

Thanks for thinking of us plant based peeps! 🤗 I love kimchi and this made my mouth water. Just an FYI to plant based peeps, white sugar is not vegan. It is processed with bone char. You can use raw cane sugar to replace 😉 BTW...I now sing the Mixy Mix song when mixing ingredients lol. Catchy tune. ILY2 ❤

DENISE!! YASSSS KIMCHI IS THE BEST!! I had no clue white sugar was processed with bone char! I learn something new everyday :) thank you for informing me. Any sweetener would work for this recipe but I always use white sugar hehe MIXY MIX! ILY HAVE A LOVELY WEEK
