Hello. First time ko mapadaan dito sa channel mo. And nakita ko yung ways ng pagluluto mo ng liempo at isa rin ako sa mga nage-experiment kapag nagluluto para madiscover yung mas maganda at masarap na outcome ng pagkain na niluluto natin. To cut short, I think the whole difference is the distance between the pork/meat slab at yung coil/iron ng air fryer/oven. The more na mas malapit sya, the more progressive yung heat + air source para maluto kaagad yung pork/meat. Unlike sa isa, may konting travel pa yung heat source para maluto yung pork/meat. At kaya medyo matagal ang oras ng cooking process at ang outcome nya is medyo makunat pa yung karne kahit luto na yung balat. 360˚C is totally sobrang init na nyan at panalo na yan sa time to cook level. I learned a lot of recipes from watching your videos. When I started working in Dubai way back on 2012 my cooking skills is just basic and limited to common food that we eat at home. But since I missed my Grandma and my mom's food, I tried my best to learn on my own so I can eat when I crave Filipino food. Good thing there's a lot of Filipino groceries here and I can easily find the ingredients. Fast forward I am still here in Dubai for 9 years now and from time to time I checked your vlogs to learn few more recipes. Thanks a lot for making these videos. Have not made this in years since I do not care to be splattered with oil and the oven-roasted one did not crisp enough. What a revelation using the air fryer for this was. The patis as marinade was just enough to give it something extra-savory. Took 45 minutes in total, did check half way and drained the oil. Followed everything to the letter except, sprayed the skin with some avocado spray before air frying. Thank you so much for this delicious treat!
