Dave Sherrell I have the raptor fx and love it. I will let you know that the 60x string set and the afterburner are both great. got one season out of my stock string (about 30-50 shots). Any questions ask and I will try to answer asap.

Hello again Buckpole. Thank you for your reply. Finger's crossed hope i Don't have any Problems With mine. I always Lubricate on my crossbow Strings After Every seven shots Just to be safe. I've got to tell you It's a Really beautiful crossbow A couple Of my friends Are really jealous? Oh yeah I have fitted limb Dampeners It don't have to make a difference

i had the same problem with the recruit and the same target i had to move from 15 yards to 30 just to not damage the fletching

Hello Again Buckpole. I have just got my Barnett Black spur. I am Concerned About the Cross Cables That fit inside the cabel Slot I've gave them a good Coating of Bowstring Lipstick String Wax Lube. I've been told by Many people With great knowledge in Archery and crossbow Maintenance that it's the best string lube by a Mile! i've been Using it on my Recurve bows and my Over 3 crossbow's. love the stuff. Just worried how the cables Rub together The way they do. I can see now Why people have had Problems With CABLES/STRING Exploding

Dave Sherrell Congrats on the new xbow and I hope you like it. I've never had issue with those cables. I wax mine when my manual says and they are just fine.

You can download manuals off Barnett's website , I have 3 Barnett crossbows and all 3 came with manuals , I'm sure it was a simple mistake but if you would contact Barnett I'm sure they would send you one.

We did find the one online we did find the one online. I just use the one from my Raptor fx because they are really similar bows.

This one is doing well still. No new strings. It is three seasons old and will need one this off season. My Raptor FX is on its second string. I went with a 60x off ebay and its doing much better.

Nothing under 20yds? I have Barnett gamecrusher 2.0 I can't find a target that they don't sink to the fletchings on at 40..even 50 yds..we need a really dense target for these bows, they're super powerful ..very impressed with them..maybe 3d target would be better? Idk

sandalanalyst my father-in-law just bought a new scope off of Amazon. I absolutely love it it is super accurate and amazingly well lit up. The target even with broadheads on we are sinking them almost to the fletchings in about 35 40 yards and if he gets them to close they definitely sink to the fletchings.

Ammo and Gear Deal$ it's actually hard to target practice when ur just trashing arrows the things so accurate and powerful ...maybe I don't need practice lol
