HEY ROSALIE. THIS DAY, MARCH 28, 2022, AS I HAD THE THIRTY MINUTE WORKOUT WITH YOU & YOUR MOM WITH WEIGHTS, I USED MY 5 LBS. DUMBBELLS. AND I HAD 3,638 SPINS. I BURNED 702 CALORIES. REALLY HAD FUN. PLEASE DON'T FORGET ME ; I'M MR. WORKOUT AS MY SCREEN NAME.

OH MY GOODNESS ROSALIE! TODAY IS MONDAY JUNE 6, 2022. AS I DID THE MUSCLE MONDAY WITH YOU & YOUR MOM, I CAN'T BELIEVE SOMETHING. SINCE I NOW HAVE THE CUBII APP, IT COUNTS THE STRIDES FOR ME. OTHER THAN MY TWO PEDOMETERS THAT COUNT MY HAND MOVEMENTS. SO AS I DID CLASS TODAY, MY STRIDES WERE 3,070. I BURNED 95.13 CALORIES. AMAZING TO HEAR I REACHED OVER 3,000 STRIDES LIKE YOUR MOM DOES. REMEMBER, I'M MR. WORKOUT AS A SCREEN NAME. SEE YOU NEXT TIME. :)

YES I CERTAINLY AM. CAN LIFT. CARRY. WRITE, EVEN USE THE UTENSILS : SPOON AND KNIFE WITH ONE HAND & THE FORK ON THE OTHER. EITHER WAY.
