I've been doing sit ups (Can only do 10 right now whomp whomp), Upper body exercises with free weights (20 lb), and just bought one of these pedal exercisers. Been doing it for 10 minutes a day (3 days). I want to get my endurance back and build my stamina before the gyms open back up because I'm really weak. Listening to someone with more experience than me like this lovely coach here makes me feel motivated. Thank you for the Video Coach Kim :) I know I'm not to Air Force Material yet, but I feel like with just this boost you may help me get into some sort of shape before going back to the gym and really getting it down. That's why I'm doing it! I want to be an Airmen! (Woman).

This is something I've been looking into, I have a condition with my back and hip after a car crash and a horse fall. I cannot use machines it's just so painful, but this seems like the best solution for my situation. Thank you for this video!!! 🥰

I'm using a different brand than the one in your video, but still appreciate the exercise ideas! I know it helps to move the arms as well as themlegs if possible. Thanks for a good workout idea!

I bought this because I can barely get around due to a drunk driver. I've been getting worse for the past 6 years. My surgeon wouldn't like to know that I bought one of these and I'm determined to get better mobility. I'm so happy I found your video.

I have a 76 year old hip. Told as hip weakens so do muscles weaken around hip. I was limping unable to do My walks. Pedal exerciser great Low impact exercise just what I needed.

Hi Loma! The distance is based on the rotation of the pedals so that's accurate, and calories are relatively accurate but it doesn't factor in heart rate. i have former bone damage from where a ex abused me so this foot pedal exerciser is good for me, i like to work out on it 2 times a day for 15 minutes, but i also at times do wall pushups (2 times (20 of them) a day and i like to walk to my nearest grocery store back to my apartment (thats about a 0.2 miles) but i take my time walking there and walking back.
