If I had a nickel for every indie game I've played where a mysterious man in the forest antagonized me and I tried to kill in retaliation whose name happened to be named leshy, I'd have 2 nickels! Which isn't a lot but it's wierd that it happened twice

To be fair, the Leshy is a forest spirit/deity from Slavic mythology, so it's no surprise people use the name for mysterious forest-themed beings.

That or if you prefer, Markiplier has a playthrough of it and Game Theory has a series of videos based on theories/lore from the ARG hidden in the game (and if the term ARG puts you off, Insryption does a really good job of standing on its own without the ARG).

This game is so absurdly, simultaneously adorable and grim. I love its sense of humour so very much. (and I am somewhat concerned about the game designers)

This looks fun. The contrast between cheery city builder and gutting eldritch abominations works well. Can't wait for this to drop in 4 hours. Also can't wait for the live stream.

"Watering the crops without me needing to do it" is basically the main point of Stardew Valley. I much preferred petting my animal friends, fishing, and interacting with the bizarre townsfolk.

The term cult literally just refers to a group with shared ideology which deviates from common beliefs, and contains its own traditions and/or behavior patterns. Culture derives from the same root word. Cult actually only started to be associated exclusively with evil suicide cults in the last century. Prior to then, it was not heavily used, but when used generally referred to smaller religious sects. Nowadays its' derogatory to refer to groups as cult-like, but its original meaning was actually quite harmless and almost a compliment.

@@jazzyj7834 Thanks for the history lessen. And i do recall that being what a cult was, generally a small religious group of some sort. Indeed "cult-like" is certainly the modern interpretation, be it Political, Religious, or simply out of the ordinary groups. Like im sure the Church of Satan is probably considered a "Cult" rather then a religious group by most.

Do you need to assign a minion to converting berries into prepared food?

You can't assign followers to cook food, only you can do it. You can unlock & build crops to grow food but until you unlock & build a farm, you have to plant, water, fertilise & harvest the crops. Even then, the basic farm will only allow you to assign a follower to water crops, you'll need to unlock, build & fill the seed silo for them to plant seeds, then unlock & build the advanced farm for a follower to harvest crops. You'll also need to separately unlock, build & fill a fertiliser silo for followers to fertilise crops. Basically there are a whole bunch of steps you need to take to get your cult _mostly_ autonomous.

Seeing Jon NEVER notice the "recycle" option for all his old equipped stuff is so annoying after he does it 3 times. You'd think I'd be used to his negative perception by now... but no, sometimes it's still annoying.
