CNV will call and talk to you on the phone and make sure you are getting the exact tube you want. A friend of mine ordered through them and got the wrong tube somehow, they offered to upgrade him for free to fix their mistake. TRex on the otherhand will send you a lower grade tube outside of their listed minimum specs and hope you dont notice
