While I agree that there should be the option (just like in Starfield for example), I would practically never use it, except for screenshots (just like I did in Starfield) - so I didn't mind at all. But they should have had it in the game from the start. But to answer your question. No 3rd person cam in Phantom Liberty.

There won't be, they have stated often that it was an artistic decision to go first person, way before the game ever launched, and I agree You have to play the game to feel the impact of the first person cut scenes etc, is really well done Also think about it, you need to feel bodily attachment for the perspective of another person (Johnny) taking over you etc. to affect and annoy you viscerally

Despite the bugs, and I didn't have any on my 10 yo PC with an SSD (like he says) n good PSU, the game has always been a masterpiece, if you don't expect a GTA or a Skyrim but rather a Witcher 3 lite Witcher 3 was too long and the story was quite loose, this went shorter on purpose If you can't appreciate the story and voice acting and many great moments here even in the side-side-stories, of which there are many, then there's nothing to be said Despite the set piece world, it is very immersive and detailed; also in the real world I don't go about shooting or talking to people on the streets, so works for me

Yes. I agree with @kaushalsuvarna5156. While there are definitely games that do some aspects much better (the most prominent example of course being RDR2), Cyberpunk, Night City and the way CDPR tells their stories and builds their characters are very special to me. Dialogs and voice acting are among the best in the industry, and I'm not talking about the main quests, or the main side quests (which practically are the same quality as the main story line, both in terms of writing and length), but rather the small side quests that you can easily miss. Like your neighbor. The police officer you only talk to through his locked door. Or the burial of Scorpion. There are so many moments, that completely sucked me into this dystopian future. Hardly any other game achieved that so often. Also: I am very glad that it wasn't yet another game with swords, and dragons and forests (while I like the classic phantasy setting). Night City is just something very special and intricate. But I could go on and on... Cyberpunk just flipped all the right switches for me. And to me it is an absolute masterpiece.

No it should not. We got 3 years of constant updates, upgrades and new content bits absolutely for free. it's absolutely fine to charge money for such a substantial chunk of work, even regarding the massive crap they dumped on us at launch. your not entitled to free content for life now.
