𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗼𝗳𝘁𝗮 -
* Chickpeas (चने) - 1/2 Cup
* Chickpeas Flour (चने का आटा) - 2-3 Tablespoon
* Ginger (अदरक) - Some
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Cumin (जीरा)- 1/2 Tablespoon
* Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
* Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - Some
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) - 1
* Cheese (पनीर) - As per your choice
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘃𝘆-
* Bottle Gourd (लौकी) - 1 / 2
* Cranberries (करौंदा) - 2 - 3
* Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 1
* Ginger (अदरक) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tablespoon
* Coriander Powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tablespoon
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tablespoon
* Crushed Red Chilli (कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Curd (दही) - Some
* Cumin (जीरा) - 1/2 Tablespoon
* Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - 6-7
* Cinnamon (दालचीनी) - Small Piece
* Asafoetida (हींग) - Some
* Dry Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Tablespoon
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Warm Water (गर्म पानी) - Some
* Sugar (चीनी) - 1/2 Teaspoon
* Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
* Milk cream (दूध की मलाई) - Some
* Oil (तेल) - For Frying
𝗙𝗼𝗿 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗮 𝗥𝗼𝘁𝗶 -
* Chickpeas Flour (चने का आटा) -As per your need
* Wheat Flour (गेहूं का आटा) - As per your need
* Salt (नमक) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
* Water (पानी) - As Required
* Ghee (घी) - As Required
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐚, soak some Black Chickpea(Chana) overnight. Then put them into a mixing jar & grind well by adding some Water. Transfer the paste into a bowl, add some grated Ginger, finely chopped Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Black Chickpea/Chana Powder, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder & Salt to taste & mix all well. Apply some Oil to your palms & make small round-shaped balls by filling some boiled Potato or Paneer piece. Wrap it with Black Chickpea/Chana Flour & keep it aside. Heat Oil in a Kadai or frying pan. Fry the Banana Koftas in oil, till they are evenly golden brown. Drain the fried kofta on tissues. Take some Bottle Gourd & cut it into pieces & fry them. Then transfer the fried pieces into a mixing jar, add some Cranberries/Karonde, Green Chili, Ginger, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Turmeric Powder, crushed Red Chilli Powder & Curd & grind well all. Keep the pan for heating & put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Black Pepper, Cinnamon Stick, Asafoetida/Hing Powder & saute all. Then pour the ground paste & cook till it release the Oil. Then put Fenugreek Leaves, Salt to taste & Hot Water & cook on a slow flame Then put the fried Koftas, some Sugar & cook for 5 minutes by covering it. Finaly, switch off the heat and let the koftas be in the gravy for a few minutes. Garnish with Fresh malai & Coriander Leaves. Serve the Kofta hot with Rotis, Naan or Rice.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐑𝐨𝐭𝐢, take a thali & put Chana Flour, Wheat Flour, Salt, crushed Red Chilli Powder & Turmeric Powder. Combine all well & add water in a parts & bind the dough. Then make dough balls & roll them. Cook well both the sides of chana roti. Serve hot with Sabzi. In this way, Tasty & Amazing Chana Kofta & Chana Chapati will get ready at home easily.
