𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐁𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚 𝐊𝐞𝐛𝐚𝐛, clean and Wash Spinach. Keep the pan for heating, add Water, Salt, Spinach Leaf and Peas. Boil for 10 minutes then take them out into a ice cold water. Keep them cool properly and couresely grind them. Keep the pan for heating, add Oil, Cumin Seeds, chopped veggies like Cauliflower, Carrot, French Beans, Salt, Ginger, Green Chilli, and ground Palak Paste. Cook by stirring it and make it dry. Take it out on a plate and keep it cool. Add boiled and grated Potato, Paneer, Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Bread Crumps, Corn Flour/Arrowroot, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Garam Masala, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder and Salt and mix well. Apply some Oil on your palms give a round shape as shown in the video. In the same way, make all the Kebabs. Fry them in the medium heated Oil. Serve with Chutney and enjoy! In this way, Hara Bhara Kebabs will be ready.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐮𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐲, In a mixing jar, add Coriander Leaves, Mint Leaves, Green Chili, Ginger, Salt, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, and Ice Cubes and grind well. Take it out into a bowl add some Curd and Lemon Juice and enjoy with Kebabs.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐊𝐨𝐟𝐭𝐚, peel and grate Bottle Gourd/Lauki. Put it in the bowl, add salt, cover & keep for 10 min. Then squeeze the water. In a bowl add Lauki, Coriander Leaves, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Gram Flour & Salt and mix well. Make balls and fry them in heated Oil. In a pan, add Oil, Cinnamon Sticks, Green Cardamom, Black Peppers, Cumin Seeds, Black Cardamom, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Bay Leaf, Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, Water, grated Tomato, Green Chilli, Ginger, and roasted Gram Flour. cook till releases Oil. Then add Curd Water, Fenugreek Leaves, and Coriander Leaves and Salt. Cover & cook on a slow flame for 10 minutes. Then add fried Kofta. Cook for 5-6 min, garnish with coriander leaves and Paneer. In this way, restaurant-style Lauki Kofta will get ready easily.
