Hi Aussie, it's Pom Paul here sitting in Scotland UK. Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoy your videos, not only for the great advice, but also because you never fail to cheer me up and make me laugh. In a nice way. There are few people I have come across on the 'Tube, but you are definitely in my 'blokes I'd be happy to buy a beer'. However. . . on the down side. My wife is not too happy with you. I retired a little while back and whereas she thought I would be looking after our tiny garden, now it's filled with sheds, pallets, tools, sawdust and general mess. So if we do share a beer, don't expect her to be there. Love your stuff, keep up the great work. You inspire me. Pom Paul :)

Ouch Paul, that's a bit harsh (of the wife). Should be happy that your working at home, and not spending your retirement at a pub. Making a few raised garden beds for flowers and spuds, might win you some brownie points, with the boss. 😆

Mate, don't worry about those childhood regrets too much. I too was also a very average skateborder in my teens. I did drop in on that half pipe many times. Aw, I love a project video - thanks for making my morning, Dainsey. Beautiful project and as always, top job telling the story. The red pallet wood looked familiar - the heaviest pallet I ever found was made of something very similar. @@NoLumberLeftBehind I’m glad I didn’t offend because that was not my intention, It’s just so tiresome to hear Australian channels say things like flip flops when we call them thongs over here or paint snowscapes at Christmas when it’s hot as hell in Aus at that time, what I meant was it is refreshing to see an Aussie being a true Aussie that doesn’t change his ways to please anybody else.

Hey, Mark, long time watcher first time messaging😮😮 always enjoy your pieces of Art, the bench turned out feckin class, ( as we say this side of the globe) some woodwork with a splash of comedy is a winner, in my book.. You always are a great man for recommending other people's videos 👍👍 so following your lead, check TPAI, good bloke that likes to recycle only metal , happy shintoing

Hey Mark. I was just watching one of the videos on your unofficial channel. I noticed your riving knife seems to move around a lot. In an old saw I had, my riving knife came loose, ripped out and got lodged in my chest, giving me a helicopter ride to hospital. Also. On cleaning your saw blades I have a spray bottle with some truck wash mixed up in it. I just wind it all the way up spin it by hand then give it a spray. I wait 5 minutes then give it a wipe down.

I really don’t know why it is building up that vibe. It is certainly locked down tight. I’m hoping better zero clearance will improve it. Cheers
