Definitely but you need some dumbbells and a bench to do the exercises he mentioned here. Then if you have more fat than him lose it, and if you're skinnier than him eat more calories than you consume until your muscles are that size which shouldn't take you more than a couple of years (but you'll see progress from the first 3 months) (Even though best option is just going to the gym imo, just 20£ a month and you get all machinery, space, a place that motivates you and eventually do more exercises, cardio, etc)

@@YusufAli-zy8ze protein rich food helps with satiety so you'll feel more full for longer which helps stop you from eating as many calories throughout the day. Additionally it has a higher thermic effect meaning eating more protein will help you burn more calories. Last thing is proteins help preserve muscle mass especially during a calorie deficit. That last part will have you both looking and feeling better which goes miles on the journey for weight loss.
