@@FinnMckentyPRMBA I know the questions are written out beforehand but at any point did you think of an asking him a direct question? I know we will find out soon but since Tillian arrived they took turns on vocals to where on the first albums, they sang/screamed together. I wonder if they’re going back to that style.

I've been a long time fan, down town battle mountain. I'm not too active in any of their forums or anything like that, but I like to think I'm a big fan. Hearing they're going back to what got me hooked is exciting. Musically I've always been a fan some songs I like better than others but I don't ever hate on any of their choices. I cannot wait until the new album and any changes that may come. Keep the music coming and don't stop!

"Never say never"..... my work took me out of the country for the 10 year reunion shows w/ Johnny and Kurt. PLEASE do this again if there's a 20 year reunion and bring back those two (and Tilian if he wants, whatever) and do this again. I need this to happen. NEED it to!!

Dude that tour holds one of my greatest memories. I saw them at the New Daisy in Memphis & let me just say, if you want to hang with this band, BRING WEED. My friend who's a girl & I got to hang with everyone on the bus until 4am, & these dudes are THE coolest ever. Seriously. Not to mention the show itself was beyond amazing. Seeing Jonny, Kurt & Tilian all sing Uneasy Hearts at the end all together was like a fever dream but in a good way.

Yeeeeeah lol, in all fairness Andrew wasn't really present for the constant torture Jonny put them through. I do think Jonny would put forth an entirely different vibe these days in a good way, but you can only burn so many bridges before the foundation itself is turned to ash.

​@@atomdecay yeah there's definitely something to be said for giving people second chances and acknowledging that they've grown and gotten better, but at the same time you can't discount the painful memories that person is a part of. Plus, I'm really excited to see what Jonny does with his new band. Their first couple singles have been SOLID and I'd hate to lose that to get slightly better DGD when we could have still awesome DGD as well as damn good Old Flame.

Absolutely loving the direction these guys are heading. Andrew's so well-spoken and you can tell they all really care about preserving their legacy as opposed to "new lineup, new band," which is a trap so many bands in this situation fall into.

Chris is great at producing albums. Had the honor of working with him and Stephen Hawkes. While we were primarily working with Stephen, Chris was working with Jonny down the hall from us and would frequently come in and just give a bunch of ideas. He's a great dude!
