Guys, you have to watch "LISA becomes a tough mentor" that's the best one/when she is most strict

Just to clarify - AKB48 is a JPOP group that has sister groups all over the world, like in Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, etc. Idk their overall member count through all the sister groups and throughout all the generations/years of the groups, but that's what the mentor at the start was talking about when they said that there were 600 members in AKB48. The show that Lisa is on, called "Youth with You," is the same as the Korean show "Produce 101" (though it is not the official Chinese version of the show), where around 100 (cant remember the exact number) trainees compete to debut in a final project group. The project group is temporary and only lasts for around a year and a half, but trainees participate in these produce shows as these project groups often become hugely successful and popular. This season of Youth with You is all female trainees, but other seasons have all male trainees. (It's the same for Produce 101, they alternate between female and male trainees each season) If you wanna watch these shows, I highly recommend watching "Idol Producer," which is the first season of Youth with You and in my opinion it's one of the best versions!! But honestly this season is also pretty good! (This season is called Youth with You season 2 rather than Idol Producer season 3, as the show underwent a name change after the first season!

you are wrong those trainees came from different companys... they trained overs the years some of them 5 to 8 years. already..and they have backgroup.. if you watch the show some of the already performers,rappers,actress,and models...ofcourse lisa have expectation to them.

The poker face part was not them staging the show or telling Lisa how to act. The mentors were messing with the trainees as they were meeting them. If you watch any actual Youth With You clips there will be a link in the description for whole episodes.

1. About that 600 traines it's not it lol, they're talking about some other thing. I think there are only 100 traines in the show if I'm not mistaken. 2. About that poker face thing, the mentors were just trying to mess with some traines like something like pranking them(I forgot). But lisa couldn't contain her laughter/smile haha. 3. There are classes A,B,C,D AND F and Lisa is supposed to mentor them all irrespective of their rank/class. 4. She is actually really strict when it comes to teaching them. Till now she is more strict than the other mentors lol. You'd know if you watch the entire show. But during stage performances, she's kinda soft but yet gives constructive criticism if needed. 5. There are actually really talented traines in the show. 6. These snippets doesn't really do justice to the entire show. Its actually entertaining. 7. If you guys wanna watch it than you can download the app -iQiyi and watch it for free or join VIP membership. 8. Lastly lol, this show really showed a different side of Lisa and how professional she is.

Nobody tell her how to act :) that's why you need to watch more of youth with you . She is actually very strict in a good way ; when Kun (the one who were blue suit) tell her to wear a poker face that was a joke for the first meeting with the trainees. She is a really good mentor and she know what she's doing, she trained for 5 years with yg who is very hard with the trainees, before debut so if she see something wrong she don't care of her image

the girls are like trainees from different entertainment companies and they joined to that show for them to finally make their debut. About the 600 thingy, they are talking about a group named akb48 and it has a total of 600 members.

I feel like you shouldn't judge the girls by watching a 2 second snippet of their dance and assume Lisa is going to criticize them, especially when you don't really know the context of the show or what's going on. Like how you said "not a fan of her" about Hana, you don't understand how hard that girl practiced to keep up with her team and she had very little training prior to going on the show. And also can't assume they're "not pros" because they're on this show and Lisa is teaching them. There are a lot of insanely talented girls on this show. And Lisa is not here to do god's work, she's here to guide them and give pointers, the rest is up to the girls to learn and practice on their own. Sorry for the rant, I'm just tired of everyone only watching the Lisa clips and assuming they know what's going on and making Lisa out to be this goddess that's turning all these ordinary girls in to dancers and discrediting all the girls' skills and hardwork that actually got them to the amazing stage performances they put on.

No AKB48 is a Japanese girl group that has sub units around the world and has 600 total members The number of trainees for this show is only 109 😂😂 The reason they brought up AKB48 is because the 2 girls from the Chinese sub unit came on the show as trainees

I think with Lisa she can be cute /funny/ etc but once she clicks into a 'work' mode it is all put aside and her every thought is on the job at hand and the serious/provisional side of Lisa comes out

Lisa is one of the best dancer of kpop so she will be strict mentro cause if you're not a strict mentor you're trainees will be not that good so dont just laugh liisa is one of the funniest and happiest person she doesn't want to be strict but that is the rule of being a mentor so dont laugh at her cause she just doing her job!😊😁

what most fans who are not in a dance group don't understand is that Lisa's level of strictness is just normal, I don't really find her super strict because in my group our coach used to throw water bottles and chairs when we keep messing up especially when it's near competition day haha but I won't argue that she is one of the best dancers in kpop because she's been with super talented dancers like kiel tutin from royal family💖💯

Akb48 is a global group. They're located all around the world. Some sub divisions have joined the show. The girls selected for youth with you are from different entertainment companies within Asia not just akb48. The show has a total of 109 girls. Season 1 were the boys version and a season 2 are the girls version (on the last video there were no boys, she just wasn't of typical a 'girly') girl

I hate how the girl was like “it’s not that hard” “it’s so easy” like.....I HIGHLY doubt you can watch 5+ people dance at the same time as spotting small details in their dance....also when Lisa bent her back....STAND UP AND DO IT. Like Lisa has been doing this for her whole life. I think she knows what she’s doing. And every time the girl was like “ummm no, I don’t think that’s right”....like sis,👀👀 she really be thinking she’s doin something lmaooo

AKB48 is a japanese group that has sister groups all arround the world known by Group48, in the begining it was suposed that they will be 48 girls, but it became very famous in Japan so they just opened more auditions (generations) and expanded arround the world

That's the theme song of the show and the trainees have to learn the song and the dance. Lisa demonstrated the dance that the trainees must follow and learn with. The trainees were given days to practice the dance. And after that, Lisa will assess each class if they executed the dance properly. That's where Lisa became really tough and strict. The 600, probably someone said it here or not. But AKB48 (including all its sisters' groups) debuted 2005 with 16 members which were Team A. Over the year's group growth and AKB had over 100 members. But only 16 members can perform the song. So basically the most popular ones will get the spot on the song. This similar theme continues on the other 48 groups. When time goes on members leave but because there are so many of them the others will fill the spots.

About 600 members of AKB48 you should understand about their system first. because 48group's system is different from K-pop system. In AKB48 they have songs for them and they didn't made song for the actual member so everybody in this system must can be replaced or sub the others in any time and any position of any song. and each song usually have about 4-32 positions in each song's performance. so they could take 10 performance a day in 4-5 cities in the same time easily in the same name AKB48. but the bad thing of this system is each girl has her own fanbase so fans always care about girls more than their groups. and their performance like choreo or singing doesn't have too hard part to please your eyes or ears as K-pop tbh but they will be like a cute innocent girl concept more.

I don't really think the bottles were a stupid idea, you can do whatever tricks you want to improve your performance everybody has their own way but unfortunately it didn't really worked iut for them
