Sitting in my warm home on my couch, watching yt for a bit while my daughter sits playing with her barbies on the floor happy as a clam, I'm so unimaginanly confortable in comparison to where I've been in my life in my past. Dude went from a Hollywood lifestyle to a level 4 penitentiary in California. Pretty sure he doesn’t have any fighting skills. Between the bad paperwork, his fame, and money, he has a very slim chance of survival. I would not be surprised if he deleted himself. He is living a nightmare.

I'm still shocked that no one seems to be recognizing the fact that this guy was sentenced to decades in prison over a crime for which there is literally no proof. Not a single shred of it. When accusations become evidence we're all in trouble.

He'll be paying for protection even if in protective custody. I grew up in Los Angeles in the 70' and part of the 80's. It's dangerous in the streets and in the CDC. Once I left California, life got a lot better. I tell people, the best thing about California is seeing it on the way out through the rear view mirror. A police state.

I'm sorry if something terrible was done by him, but I just don't think you can wait 20-30 years and then have one persons word against another and lock someone up for life over it.

Having followed Scientology for years, I'm so glad that the truth has escaped their walls.

I worked installing fire suppression in a max security penitentiary for a couple months. PA Pen in Saskatchewan. The inmates were friendly and hilarious. But every day when we walked out the front doors at 4:30. I felt as though I was being set free. Scared Straight MFers. 😅

His accusers wanted to settle this case for $300,000 each, but he wouldn’t pay. Then they filed criminal complaint on him. Sad!

Update on Danny Masterson....A few days ago he was transferred to Cocran State Prison ( Level 5 facility... Maximum Security) SNY ( Special Needs Yard) so he's a guppy in a shark tank about now. Special Needs Yard can be rather dangerous to be. So let's see how things go for him...

PC yards and SNY yards are really more dangerous than the main line because they have no rules to keep everybody in check. Most mainline cats won't admit that, but they know it's true. From what I understand the prison he is in at this time is where people are sent to be tested and evaluated to determine what prison they will be sent to. I was told he will be there for up to 90 days. He will have a roommate. There's still a good chance something can happen to him before he gets sent to his forever home.

Dang. I knew this dude and his younger brother when they were kids, before the big breaks and the TV shows, used to kick it at a friend's French restaurant in Beachwood Canyon in LA. That's crazy that he's thrown his life down the road like this. That said, pressure will be on the system to make sure he's protected by the system, kinda like how the Michael Jackson Doctor was protected in LA County for his sentence.

Masterson is not in his final 'home' yet. He's currently being evaluated for the 45-90 days in Kern. He will not be allowed out of his cell for more than 15 minutes every two weeks. This evaluation will determine where he best fits into the system. The photo that everyone is publishing called a 'mugshot' is not his official mugshot but nothing more than a booking photo.

After spending about 15 yrs in and out of prison in Texas, I moved out of state as soon as I was off paper. Moved to Vegas and continued on with the same mentality I had in Texas. Came to California to get a few pounds of weed to serve in Vegas and got my 2nd DUI. So now I have to do an 18-month class to get my license back so I had to move here and get a job so I can pay my fines I had to do three weeks in the county jail called Sandy mush. I'm half white half Mexican, been raised around Mexicans and grew up with Mexicans. I was asked if I was a Paisa. I said no, so I was taken to the white side ... I was only there for 3weeks.... The Whites were understanding about my situation. I didn't have to program or anything else with anyone. They didn't press me at all. One day I was hella frustrated and in a terrible mood. The white dude in charge offered me an extra plate . I refused it with an attitude. Dude walked away but came back to ask me what was up ..I swung on him and he commenced to beating me up....to be fair, I had lost strength due to nerve damage in my neck from a car wreck.... Anyway, I probably shouldn't have punched him since he wasn't trying to beef with me .. Long story short, I did my few weeks and I got outta there and started working. That was a wake up call for me to get my shit together before I end up getting caught up in the system again.

I find him really creepy and there's something about him that gives me weird vibes. Im glad justice is finally served for the poor victims that went through what they did. Now they have to spend the rest of their lives dealing and trying to heal with the emotional trama he put them through. Being hes a high profile celebrity I can only imagine they will have to keep him separate from general population. Man I did 28 months and a group of predators were trying to take my cheeks when I only had a week before I was released. I had made it that long and no way was I going out like a punk . I got some epoxy from the wood shop and smuggled it out. I gave my self a real good enema to make sure my tank was on empty and then I took that epoxy and sealed my cheeks shut. I'm a real hairy fella and my cheek hair fused together tighter than a Pacific clam. Two days after I locked my doors for good they jumped me, three of them. They pulled and pryed but them cheeks were sealed tighter than a ticks dick. I got lumped up pretty good but there was no cheeks stolen that night. Anyway, I made it out and had to go to the hospital to get my loaves separated. What an ordeal.

I remembered when they transfer me to a gang unit & right away they ask me for paperwork but I didn’t have none with me. They literally call the bail bonds & acted like they where me & ask the bail bonds operator what’s my charges.😅

How do they sentence someone to 30 years when the crime occurred over 20 years ago. Not defending him but where is the evidence. A lot of women LIE ABOUT GRAPE

I think it's crazy how CA prison or county jails are all about race (I remember the woods asking me & another to join on a spread) yet outside racism is not a big issue. Then I move to the East Coast & racism is more prevalent yet listening to your stories the county or prison system isn't that way. Just a trip to me happy not to worry about going in ever again since my youth.

I wish you would cover the Bryce Rhodes trial that happened in Louisville KY. It's a crazy one. Took like 5 years for the trial to happen.

I did 10 years in CDCR, his money doesn't matter. A bad jacket is unacceptable. Who ever may give him a temporary pass will be delt with accordingly for not taking him out while having access to him. On site means "on site"

I had cops come to my house yesterday an say I’m being investigated for a crime in the area a vehicle was vandalized an the owner brought up your name………I got kids work 6 days a week an no reason to vandalize a single mother with two kids vehicle an to top it all off my truck windows magically were smashed out last night🤔

Idk, in other countries street justice is quite a thing and people's hands and feet are removed frequently yet it doesn't seem to deter others from stealing. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I just paroled from a 14-year term here in California and never stepped foot on a level 2 and only a couple times hit a 3-yard. However, one thing you said I take issue with is that Woods are just as active as skinheads, some more so! The woodpyle is crazy active!

Yeah my brother in law has been in and out of prison in CA most of his life. He moved out of state and ended up getting arrested again. He said that where he got locked up is Disneyland compared to CA

What if you want to earn maximum credit for good time/good behavior and get out as soon as possible? If you have to join a gang, you are going to have to be involved in fights and other activity which will destroy your good behavior credit.

Liked what u had to say . I spent quite a few years in California prisons as a sureno . I have since turned my life around but I did see a lot of stabbings in there and did my share of dirt for the southside. It’s been awhile but from what I remember everyone that goes to prison will go to a level 4 reception yard or some sort of processing yard . I went to prison twice I was in tehachapi , and Delano , susanville, and James town. From there u will be classified . You are given points for your crime and when you see a counselor he will ask u questions that might drop your points . Like did u finish high school , military , married . Once your final points are determined that will give u an idea of the level yard u will be on . They even ask u what prison u would like to go to , doesn’t mean u will get your choice. Also just because u white or black doesn’t mean u have to run with your race . I know black and white guys that grew up in Mexican gangs and in prison they run with there gang with the surenos . Because most if not all southern gangs fall under the eMe (mexican mafia ) but there are some gangs that refuse to pay taxes . He will do best to run with the peckerwoods start a good workout program and get ready to fight when told . Like you said he might need to pay someone high up buts that’s a slippery slope as well . He can also run with the Christians give his life to God , for the most part u will be left alone by your people , but u have no protection from other races . As to my story I did what I had to to survive after I paroled I was blessed with a job as a federal firefighter. To my surprise because I have a shit load of felonies . I will be retiring next year with 21 yrs of federal service after spending years in prison . In California you can be a firefighter coming out of prison if u choose to turn your life around . It’s been over 20 yrs since I’ve been out so I could be wrong things could have changed .

You gotta remember, he hasn’t worked in a long time. I am sure he gets residuals from That 70’s Show, but he has also been paying multiple expensive lawyers for multiple years on both the 2 criminal trials and the civil trials are still ahead. I don’t think he has the kind of money anymore that people think he does.

I get the impression a whole bunch of guys have some shady interactions with women. When I hear someone complain about how long ago it was I picture that person being worried about charges coming their way.

When i did my first small stretch here in the state of Rhode Island i had a Italian last name and as soon a i walked into the mod it was a strict race based set up. Italians stayed with fellow Italians,Whites stuck with whites , black with black etc. Now Italians could click with whites for no reason but only if there was money to be made would someone be assigned to be the contact for any other mix. This was late 80's and things really changed on my last bit with less structure and more mixing of races.

He is at California Men’s Colony San Luis Obispo, CA it is a pretty nice place. I was a CO and National Guardsman next door. Hispanics rule the CDCR and they fight North, South, Border

I knew a white guy who was in a California prison and had to join as a peckerwood for protection, just like you were talking about. He had a birth brother doing time as well, but he was more of a skin head for sure. Anyway, my friends daughter sent him a picture of his new grandson who happened to be black. He was almost beaten to death and put in protective custody and spent the rest of his time in the shoe...it literarally drove him crazy being in isolation. All because he has a black grandson. What a sad, cruel world we live in. My best advice, avoid any jail time, especially in Cali!
