Action Step #1 - You Need To Understand The Industries. • Occupational Outlook Handbook (bls.gov) • #1 - Healthcare • #2 - Educational Services • #3 - Professional services • Career Guide to industries to find top 100 companies in the industry you are interested in. Get our of your career car and sitting in the back seat. You get unpredictable results - How did I get a boss I did not like? How did I end up in a career I did not like? Action Step #2 - You MUST Excel At What You Do - you must be great at what you do. Greatness - Be flat out great at what you do. Mastery - the all-inclusive proficiency at your job * Love what you do. * Know your strengths and connect the job to your strengths. Action Step # 3 - Take 1% Of Your Gross Earnings and Spend It on Yourself. Start out-working people. Working harder is working smarter. Educate yourself, buy books. 19:15 - "Listen, we don't read here in America!" LOL!! That is so true... and so sad smh I have a friend that will tell people he doesn't like to read and he's a finance manager. He just doesn't like it and I told him not to tell people that if they don't ask. Even when they do ask, I wouldn't say it so bluntly. Doesn't make him look good.

Your subject program is fine , good , very understandable to follow,. While on the lecture mamy lecturers tend to diverts away from the topic on others matters & comes back , breaking the rythem of understanding , in my opinion avoid doing it. Good to do it provided you finish it completely otherwise not.
