Just bought the same exact thing from comic store in Lacey, WA. I love it! Cost me $643.00 but worth it. Was missing the certificate of authenticity or what he showed in the beginning of the video. Will have to contact the store tomorrow. It's so awesome and beautiful. Weighs about 10 pounds and pretty solid.

That sounds crazy. It should be obtainable for maybe 500-600 USD. But prices go up and down, and I think this piece has become very popular recently. So it seems to garner a lot of attention.

John Wrot I'll try and get a good weigher and I'll let you know. The frame of the hammer is metal.Also the bits on each end of the handle are metal. The head of the hammer is made of polystone - that heavy stone-like plastic material.

John Wrot Haha, I imagine they'd be baffled if I came in with Mjolnir. :) I think I'll buy a good weigher. A lot of collectors are interested in knowing the weight of statues too. So I could include that in my reviews and unboxings in the future. Would be really neat. :)

anthony healan There are quite a few different versions, I've noticed. The one from Lager Toys also seems quite impressive. But yea, this is the one I wanted. eFX really is king of prop replicas!

This is made by eFX. It is long sold out. So you can only find it online from someone who is selling their's.

+Gustavo Medina Hello. This one is sold out. So you have to look on eBay or similar places. You can look for other brands like Lager Toys, King Arts. They also make hammers. But eFX is the most exact one.

Ahhh yes the little brother to the rolex :) good choice because you get very much the same quality for a much more value price my father has a black one on an oyster strap. Looks sweet on leather too!

Yea, the leather strap is nice. I always wanted to put this on a leather. Down the road, I might go with Hodinkee strap or something. It's a sweet watch, and I've had it for a while now, so it really feels like a personal object to me, at this point. :)

I know this is going to sound picky but i never liked those extra lines they added to the design of Mjolnir in the movies, it kinda ruins the simplicity of the original design of the hammer to me, is suppose to be a mystical weapon, not a fucking Iphone, in the comics the hammer looks like a weapon a viking would wild. The lines give a sci fi vibe that doesn't mesh with the fantasy aspects of the hammer.
