Dating a Divorced Man or a Man in Separation - Advice for Women & Men

Though this is a sensitive topic and everyone has a different experience, I have compiled my observations and patterns of behaviours reflecting the "average" divorced/separated man. Please always remember not all men or women are the same. This video is intended to help provide clarity or some answers to the following questions my clients (mostly women) commonly ask me: 'Why does he not commit to me?'; 'I don't know what I've done wrong - but he's just not that into me anymore'; 'Why does he say he loves me yet he ghosted me?'; 'We always fight, but this time for some reason...he never came back to me'; 'How could he possibly go back to his ex when I was the one taking care of him all this time?!!?' etc.
I created this series of relationship videos to provide clarification, answers, advice regarding the masculine energy behaviour, responses, actions, inactions through the help of my empathic readings. After noticing trends and patterns of behaviours in certain situations and energy shifts from the point of view of men, their 'feelings & emotions' were revealed to me and I have been able to interpret accordingly.

Spot on! Thank you! Exactly what I experienced with a recently divorced man. Some don't want to deal with their issues. Or thy simply not able to. Raw and hurt on the inside, in terrible pain, without any orientation, completely lost. On the outside they play cool and tough. You fall in love with them, try to "love him out" of his pain. In vain. He leaves you suddenly and withdraws completely. The worst kind of breakup. So painful.

You put my thoughts into words out loud. This is the reason why any gender esp. women shouldn't be in relationship with people who are separated let alone the ones who are already in long term committed relationship. Men will always have their priorities first and if he has offsprings, he'll definitely put them first BEFORE you. You will never compare to the life they already have, they'll be too scared to risk all their hardwork only for woman they know for only a while. And this came from my own personal experience few years back. I had a heart to heart conversation with a man I was involved with and he stated exactly some of the words you're saying in this video. Our conversation at that time exactly about this topic and how different our background, culture, religion are. We both cried. Few months later, we went our separate ways. It still hurts even today when I think about it. Women including me really need to put a bit more logic into our brains and think about relationship for the long term instead of being swayed away by the emotions at that present moment. This is not a good video, it's a great one! 🍀🕊️

Wow!!! Im currently separated from my husband of 7yrs. Together 10yrs. We've been separated for 3yrs now. We've got back together 3 time during these yrs. He's not moved back in but we spent time together for about 10 months and again he goes away again. Ive told him if you want a divorce i will file but he say hes doesn't know what he wants. His mistress hold on tight but she doesn't know anything really about my husband. She a widow n her grown kids dont even know about him being married. They think he's this awesome man that is great to their mom.I stay no contact n do me always. I went back to school n got my bachelor degree in Psychology. I really love him n i feel hes using her to try n get over me. Good luck to her. Im great by myself n my future. Working hard n have positive things about my future . I just cut him off for a fourth time because he’s been separated for years but has said there’s no valid reason for him to get a divorce and that he’s sticking to his vow of being there for her. Long story short, I need to start healing😢

Incredible session! Thank you. Bonded by trauma (we were both divorcing when we met online). We talk awhile and agreed to fly and meet at a mutual place before he ghosted me after cancelling the trip 1mth out. He apologised but I don't know why because he hurt me again. We never met but he blamed me for "misunderstanding" our connection which is BS! 5yrs on and he forgot to tell me he is still divorcing. Ie separated now. He now sleeps recklessly with young randoms like a predator, or drinks himself silly. I knew it wasn't me.

Thank you for this therapeutic message. I think same occurs for some women who divorce. Divorcees seek answers in the next partner rather than doing the work to first heal themselves before becoming romantically involved. The answers lie within, not without.💕

Oh goodness, you uploaded two videos at once. This is a good video as the men that came to me in the past were divorced/separated and few of them lied about their status. Although I should have known better, still I was fooled.

my heart truly hurts for me to hear about the man that is with me...i want him to heal and be his whole self before he presents himself to me or anyone else, even if it isn't me. i never dated men with kids, and ex wives bc of this. he always says sorry to me and is unable to show up after making plans with me. i can feel the confidence that hes lost in his texts to me although he can be vulnerable about how he is in physical pain but not his emotional pain. i am wondering if i should stay and be patient, to listen to him and be there to support. but i do not want to waste my time. this is really tough... this has struck a cord in my heart and i am glad i came across this video because i have been pondering what i should do...thank you for sharing.

Thank you so much for this video ! Im going through a heart break after dating a separated man I told him unless I saw divorce decree I cant move on. He stopped talking to me but is hard to grasp that because he was good to me and very dedicated to me we had a very deep connection. Eventually Im guessing he didnt follow through with his divorce.

I feel your pain completely. I was dating a separated woman almost a year and fell in love with her. Unfortunately she has pushed me away to the point it hurts soo bad. I know I deserve better and I know I have to move on. It's been extremely difficult.

So I guess for those of us of a certain age (where most all men are divorced), we should just give up. I guess I should've gotten married young because apparently no one will EVER compare to the "perfect" ex-wife 🙄. And obviously you think they'll never heal because you gave no way to find out if they are healed. You say they will lie to us and to themselves... so how are we supposed to know?? Are we expected to be mindreaders?? Gee...I give up 🤷‍♀️

Thanks alot if the man separated just after 1 month of mariage and aftr 2 years filing divource and girl put fake abusive and dowry case on the guy will this situation still apply ..he ghosts for months and runs away from conversations ..he is muslim iam hindu is there any chance for our marriage if our parents and society are very stuck to religion..even we both are very connected to our religion..do we have a chance or can love hapen again with someone else

Love will happen with someone else my darling. Healing and letting go will take time but it’s best if you focus your attention on outcomes that will not cause any problems in the future on a deep cultural level, especially with your strong cultural backgrounds 🙏🏼❤️ even if you try he might just put up a wall and not be as open as he should be because he will feel that no one will respect you or him in the future if such a union was to occur.

OMG. Thank you for this video. I got married recently with a German man. I have been with him for 5 years, i even joined him everywhere to finalize his divorce decree since his ex is from Maldives. They already divorced in Maldives, but their divorce is not yet recognised in Germany. After this 5 years, finally his divorce is done in germany, and we right away got married in Bali. To be honest, until now i still feel bad when thinking about him and his ex in their past journey. They have children together, as well. Eventhough he always said he never loved his ex, but i dont believe it, since they together have children. Eventhough i am crying inside, but i love him so much, and try my best to be his new wife. There are those who will always 'love' their first love, wife, husband, etc. But as a man, he wouldn't have gone through this entire process had he not been 'in love with you', she is a ghost from the past that you can't compete with. But then why did they divorce in the first place, clearly there was friction from one side or both. At the end of the day, he will always love her because she gave birth to his children who are dear to him, no matter how mad or angry he gets, there will always be an underlying foundational love in a humanitarian kind of way. He is only with you because he chooses to be with you, so don't try to compete with a ghost from the past because you are his future. He wants a future with you before you he had a life, he is now building his life with you, give the connection your very best because he has other options too, yet you are the one he married. Just give it your very best, do be patient, kind, compassionate, caring, sweet, gentle, nurturing, and feminine. Be yourself, but also remember what he wants in a woman and be that woman - if that is what you are comfortable with 🙏💖
