When my daughter was 13 & a Girl Scout she went with her troop to Big Basin in Santa Cruz, Ca. They went on a hike & my daughter was last in line & looked up & couldn't see anyone. She said the sky was a weird hue & she could hear faint voices but couldn't find anyone. She got scared & started calling out w/no response. She was in the same place but it was somehow different. She also got really hot & took off her coat & was suddenly overcome with fatigue but she said her inner voice told her not to sit down & then, before she knew it, there was her Leader!! The GS leader was frightened obviously & told my daughter they'd been looking for her for 40 minutes yet my daughter said the whole thing only lasted a couple minutes. So weird & I'm glad my daughter listened to her inner voice. Thank God❤

When I was homeless I lived in a ten next to a swamp ,I will never forget one night I heard something stand up from out of the water and walk over to my tent , I was frozen with fear whatever it was was a bipedal creature and as it stood next to my tent I could hear the droplets of water hit the ground , I believe there are entrances hidden deep in woods to unground worlds yet to be found

Ok. Now i will tell my experience, rural Missouri, about 2010. I wad out just before dark w my 4-wheeler, attached trailer, collecting tree debris. A bowling ball sized sphere glowing white with a red center shot thru the woods, swerved around a large tree and dove into the big pond. I will never forget it. Freaked me out. That location of the woods had some kind of portal. Other strange experiences in this 2 acre area. It changed my life. I know what i saw. But i dont know what i saw.✝️

I spent most of my childhood in the wood. I was reasonably comfortable being in the woods day or night. My father and I were hunting in the early 80s around Table Rock Lake. I was around 7 or 8, i believe. My father looked at me and said, "If i say run, you run and keep up with me." I said ok. I didn't ask why. I was taught not to ask questions. I thought it was because of bears or mountain lions. Long story short, around dusk, i started to hear leaves crunching. My father looked at me but said nothing. Ten to fifteen minutes later, he said we were going to head back. I started to hear branches breaking along with leaves shuffling. Whatever it was, it was big. My father stopped and looked around, and so did i. I did not see anything nether did my father. You do not talk very much when hunting, but i asked my father if he sees anything. He looked very worried but said he had seen nothing. The woods were very, very dense. It was hard to see anything. All of a sudden, my father said to run. We started to run towards shore. Whatever was behind us, it was big and more than one. I can hear this grunting sound as we were running. It wasn't coming from my father or i. We made it to shore, and my father stopped running. I asked what was chasing us. My father said he didn't know. It was getting dark, and i couldn't see anything. We started to walk along the shore towards our truck. My father had his hand gun out, and i had my 22 pointed up, but at the ready. I could hear crunching of leaves and limbs the entire time. We finally made it to the truck. We both got in, and i asked my father what he had seen. He said at the corner of his eyes he had seen two tall creatures. They looked human but very well camouflaged. He said he thought they were bears at first. He said bears do not move like these creatures, though. I said then what they were. He said, "i have no clue. I've never seen anything like that." He said, "dont tell your mother." My mother didn't like me hunting with my father. She thought it was extremely dangerous.

My brother went missing at 18 he was on a night out drinking he was missing for two weeks in total the police divers in the UK checked a section of water which was a canal. On the second search they said they found him in a section they had checked .I know a search by divers is quite through so it has always left me wondering where was he when they checked the water the first time .when I listen to missing 411 it does have some similar things related to 411 uk 🇬🇧 here and god bless anyone who has felt the loss and pain

I just left another post on the issue of water and the disappeared, but I wanted to also comment that I admire Dave for all his devotion to missing people and the countless hours he has devoted to them!!!!

I was listening to your cases and the one towards the end about the lady with the bow and arrow that saw a distortion in the trees stood out to me. My daughter and a friend had gone trail riding in the forest in Ocala, FL. She had told me that her and her friend started feeling strange. The road in front of them had started to get distorted and seemed to be doing a wave up and down. They reversed and started feeling better the further away they drove. She said that she has heard many stories about other people having similar experiences out there.

It is with a heavy heart that I share the tragic story of my friend, Lauren Thompson, who went missing in East Texas. During a phone call with 911, she expressed fear and uncertainty as she was being pursued in her car. Her phone call was tracked for nearly 30 minutes before her phone went dead, and despite extensive searches of the wooded area, she remained missing. Tragically, her remains were discovered three years later in an area that had been previously searched multiple times. Lauren was a dedicated and compassionate mother who was actively involved in her church community. She abstained from drugs and alcohol, and her disappearance and subsequent death have left us all deeply saddened. While the authorities do not suspect foul play, the circumstances surrounding her case remain a mystery. We remember Lauren as a kind and caring individual, and our thoughts and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. May she rest in peace. I would like to inquire if there are any similar cases that have been encountered before. It has been two years since the incident, and unfortunately, there have been no responses or updates from either the park service or the police. In her 911 call, it was evident that she was running from something and was in a state of fear. However, despite these indications, no foul play is suspected. The lack of information and answers has caused me great distress, and I kindly request your assistance in researching her case. The incident occurred in DeBerry, Texas (Panola County), which is situated near the border of Louisiana.

1963 I was 12/13 . I would get off school bus at a friend's house to visit. I didn't leave until dark. This night, I walked my usual 4 miles in the dark. I had all most crested small the hill . Many years ago I saw an interview with a man who claimed to have seen Bigfoot in a very swampy area. He described the Creature he'd seen and then stated what he apparently thought was the most incredible aspect. What he said was that "it disappeared into the water."

My husband was a naval officer and did “search and evasion” training up in Maine at that site. It’s a big wilderness area where they teach military personnel to evade capture and how to escape from an enemy. It’s VERY rugged and wild terrain.

I was by myself and thats not all I encountered while living deep in woods , there are creatures that come out at night and I can only think that they come up from underground and I believe they want nothing to do with us as we as a society are steadily encroaching on they’re territory . That being said , they are aware of everyone who enters they’re dwelling and will intentionally scare you at night if you get to close . For those whom aren’t afraid like myself I have seen things that no one would believe so I keep them to myself . One thing is for sure … Mr.David Paulides is definitely on to something big I am particularly interested in the presence of granite boulders near and around these disappearances .

I have a out in left field idea about this, the major weather events with the missing being near water and granite mountains. Granite is filled with crystals and has Pisa electric properties and water is it’s own unique mystery. I theorize that the electric storm and granite and or water is creating time or temporal vortex that people walk into but that’s in the future when the storm arrives if they aren’t in the same place they get stuck in the time slip. So if anyone out there gets thrown into some weird time slip in a day or so make sure you stay in that spot and wait for the storm to create some vortex you will probably see it and get put back in the correct time. These people put something down take a step away it probably disappears and goes back to normal time. It must be terrifying

When David talked about the dogs not being able to find anything concerning the people they were looking for it's interesting that when a dog is searching for someone they smell the air too. They can smell a scent in the air even after several hours have passed.

Anybody else notice the 2 recent trucker David Shultz and Brian Lush both dissapeard/died on the same day april 24 2024,(UPDATE: actually David went missing on Nov 21st, his body was found the same day as Brian lush was reported missing tho) both found in areas searched. Lush turned up inside the truck after police shipped it home. Shultz in Iowa, Lush in Ontario.....how is it i know this and am saying it publicly yet law enforcement doesnt? THEY DO. Time to demand answers

The reason for setting aside so much land for national parks could be to contain what is there. Do rangers have to sign a non-disclosure contract, I wonder? I'd love to have seen whatever Theodore Roosevelt saw on that hunting trip just before he created the national parks.

Wow! Last year Colorado started trying to sell park permits with car registration. Before I knew all of this, I had hiked and rode horse in Rocky Mt National Park. 😅 no more! There was a sighting I heard about in my home state of North Dakota last year. That freeks me out because I use to run the country roads around our farm 1, 5, 10 miles a day for years. I'd never do that now!!

Imagine how fish feel when we reel them in. Sometimes we throw them back, and even then some don’t live after being dropped back in the water, sometimes we keep them and fry them up… Now think about the missing 411 cases… some never are seen again, some are thrown back and live but are in a totally different place in the lake, some are thrown back and die still. Dogs can’t trace a scent if you’re pulled straight up…. Anyway….my point is, these national parks are the aliens fishing grounds 😅

I've only been lost once. Really lost. When you realize your lost the first thing you do is panic. When you panic you'll do strange things, almost like your common sense gets shut off. You can drop your essentials, trip and fall, or run around in circles, even get wet. Even though I've been in the woods since I was 2, and trained in what to do, I panicked for about 5 minutes. Someone with no training...I just don't know what they would be capable of...

I've heard some pretty disturbing sounds near idaho springs about 12k elevation SSE of idaho springs near the mestaehee fire lookout. First heard a few gunshots then hears yelling but it was not like any animal I have heard before. The entire time down the trail I felt the hair in the back of my head standing and had the feeling as something was watching me. I have the video and you can hear the yelling, was not able to finish watching that video. I've never returned to that area.

my gut feeling is this is some kind of advanced/fallen angel tech being used from underground to snatch people and create the anomalies, it reminds me of the series "lost" and the way they leave shoes, and certain clues is almost like mocking.

Why near water??. Most folks go to areas because of water,.either for fishing, to enjoy the natural beauty or to follow game trails, which are usually near water. Our parks usually contain lakes and rivers, and have trails that go to lakes or follow the waterways. It just makes sense that anyone going to parks would generally be near watef.

In 2006 I spent a day hiking alone around crater lake, which he mentions is the beginning of a cluster up through the cascades. Obviously long before I heard of all these missing person cases. Seems that was not the greatest idea. I do recall feeling very uneasy at certain points. Looking over my shoulder a lot and scanning around. Weird. Also had a deer dart out in front of my car around sunset driving a very desolate road from crater lake up to Roseburg. That also could have gone epically bad.

During my time as a paramedic I remember being told about a certain flower ( moonflower) that grows wild where I live, and many people pick it to get high. It can cause hallucinations, the main thing is it makes you super hot so when you find a body usually in the river they most often have no clothes on. I'm not saying these people are eating wild flowers but could there be a correlation of pollen or some weird fungus that flies in the wind and effect these people's minds so they wonder off.

Why near water? Because every living creature needs to drink water, if there are sightings in a certain area then find the closest body of water, eventually it will turn up for a drink whether during the night or the day

During individual survial training in the Nantahala National Forest, I was asleep in the uncomfortable tent. Suddenly a ripping sound woke me. There stood two extremly hairy women. I was scared and trimbling. One came towards me and grabbed my and put it where it shouldn't be. They had their way with me. When I got back to base, my sargent ordered me to shower and burn my stinking clothes. This is the first time that I have had the courage to tell anyone.

On my archipelago, a coaster disappeared in 1953 with 126 passengers no debris was found nor any bodies of the passengers and crew. It seemed to vanish into the open sea without leaving any trace behind it. During my childhood, I lived in a small town that was bordered by several rivers that joined the sea and in front of my childhood home there was a large mountain. My nephew who came to spend his afternoons at my house played in our yard one day he came to get me because he wanted me to see what was in the sky. When we returned to the yard I saw a luminous ball heading quietly towards the top of the mountain I could see very well that it was not a plane or a drone because this thing did not look like anything I knew. My nephew, who was 6 years old at the time, told me look he is going to join his family in the mountain. I took him by the hand and we went back into the house. If I hadn't seen that ball in the sky I would have put it down to my nephew's imagination but that wasn't the case because I saw that ball. I'm almost 37 and I still wonder what that thing in the sky was.

Check out a KZfaqr named South Force 10. He's from around the region Dennis Martin was abducted, he states that there are feral people in the Appalachian mountains and his family and others was contracted out back in the 30s and 40s to hunt these things before it became a state park and they'd be payed a bounty for each one. He also revealed that little boy was taken by one and eaten, and the green berets did go in and killed a bunch, but they live in deep caverns and in the caves. Take it for what it is🤷

How many times fishing, hunting, drinking with my idiot friends, being loud in the woods..crickets, katydids, tree frogs, or daytime with birds...they never went instantly silent, like a switch was turned off..all at once! What..could make all those little creatures snap to attention & be silent? Most likely fear of being detected, hurt or killed. Yet nothing is heard by anyone, to have scared them that bad. Thats the reality of it. Its a vibration, subsonic, or infrasound. Or..invisible light flash or energy surge. Nothing in our range of senses.

I have a friend who lives up in the Pacific northwest near a native reservation I won't say which? But he used to have two pictures he caught on one of those trailcams, and the first was a foot of a rather large creature stomping on the camera! The next was the really eerie one? As it looked like a grey(Alien) You know the appearance, as it looked like the classic Grey! He eventually took them off his channel, due to the shear amount of people arguing back and forth! But it's something that makes you think?

What if people breathing in a certain fungus that makes them behave bizarre - the way some mushrooms invade ants brains and zombify them. I had a neighbor in the Appalachians of NC die three days after breathing in a weird fungus ! I moved to another mountain side after that.

The middle of the country has fewest disappearances because they have an even spread of not large populations. Not many really remotw or rugged areas but no large populations. As far as getting information to law enforcement. They simply do not care and will not call back from the tip hotlines.

I went to the Great Smokies national park on vacation. We stayed in a cabin in Gatlinburg that had survived the great fire of Gatlinburg. I brought a hand gun and a 10" hunting knife for any hikes and protection. I left the pistol behind and the ten inch knife and brought a folding knife on hikes. I was to afraid to bring the pistol due to no firearms policy and the 10 inch knife was difficult to conceal with it's standard sheeth. Thats never happening again my pistol will be with me. That folding knife would have been absolutely useless against a bear or mountain lion attack. No one and I mean no one will intimidate me to leave behind the best tool for protection ever again.

I had some very peculiar occurrences over the course of 6months in a 10k population neighborhood. I would have believed someone if they told me, and probably reacted with a wow, that is crazy..but i tell you, it gives a whole new course to what you knew as your reality when you are the one witnessing and a few times experiencing it.

Has to be creatures we know nothing about but maybe some of these higher ups have knowledge of. They wont tell us bc we'd hunt them down til extinction
