Hi sir Suba from coimbatore. Just 2 days before I watched ur channel. My current weight : 70kg My Age : 37 My target : Less than 65 to 60 kg. It's very helpful channel. I am a working woman. So I can't continue any workouts and diets. But when I watched ur channel. I believe, I can do it. So, I was started my workout. Thank you sir. We will meet reduced my weight loss. 👍

Hi Master, Day 1 completed. Exercised after 14 years. Thought it will be very tough but your warm-up and stretches made it very very easy. God bless you and the entire team bringing in the videos, Master. Actually was a gym goer before marriage. These 14 years was filled was accident, ligament tear, two C- cesearean, Diabetes, BP. and 20 kgs weight gain. Today after exercising I am feeling less guilty and more energetic. Thank You Sir, Nice start up😊 Unfortunately I couldn't start tomorrow. But will Update after 3days with this workouts. Getting motivated much with ur words. I am already doing 40mins walking and 40mins cycling daily and doing some beginner workouts sir from May 2020. Lost 18kgs. Starting weight 91 and now strucked at 73. Hoping after doing this 99 days challenge will get better results. I Will start from May 3rd with full energy and will update the results ASAP sir. Thank you so much for ur encouragement😊

I’ve been following your challenge for the past 5 days however I’ve left out the day 6th workout session henceforth I did it today! Thus my doubt is if I should take a break Tom as I’ve already rested when I was to workout ! Thank you😊
