Workout Details:
⏱️ Duration: 30 Minutes + Cool Down & Stretch
🏋️♂️ Equipment: A set of dumbbells (I'm using 30 lbs / 14 kg) and your mat.
⏱️ Intervals:
• Each round is a tri-set with exercises that are the same or similar movements.
• For most of the workout, the 1st exercise in each round will use x2 dumbbells.
• Drop to x1 dumbbell for the 2nd exercise in the round.
• Drop to bodyweight only for the 3rd exercise in the round.
• Each exercise is 30 sec, so you'll complete all 3 exercises each round without rest, for a total of 90 seconds, before taking a 30 sec rest.

At first i used to hate these dumbbell drop set workouts but now i'm a fan of it.. cause you arrange the exercises so beautifully that not only we can feel it targeting on that particular part of our body but the results are also visible.. i still thank you tube for recommending me your channel and a BIG, BIG, BIGGGGG thanks to you sir for helping us in staying healthy, happy, motivated and confident

Nicely done! While we don’t really have ‘easy’ beginner workouts, she can start some shred workouts and use light to medium weights during the dumbbell workouts, and going at a pace that is sustainable. That way she can ease into it, and build up strength and endurance. Good luck! 🙌🏽❤️

I love drop sets OK , Dan used heavier weights than I did. as I wanted to challenge myself a little more, I simply shortened the longer rests and lengthened the first set accordingly. 👋🏼

The answer to this is different for everyone. It will depend on your weight, age, height, activity level and other factors such as how hard you work during the workout. As a reference, I typically burn around 400 calories in a 30 min high intensity workout. Sometimes more, sometimes less.
