Day 3 and 55 hours you r feeling alive !!! Wow, that's great. Yes drink a mixture of Ginger, turmeric, black pepper, cinnamon, lime, is fantastic but you can also add Moringa power, along with apple cider vinegar which also helps in losing weight. Drink this mixture in slight warm water first thing in the morning helps loose weight. Try it!!! Keep going you are doing fine with your fasting. Hoping to seeing you at the finish line. !!!

Thank you! I do take Moringa powder but generally not during a fast.. i think it will break the fast .. but it is very good for you!! Long fasting is incredible.. the next one I am to do is 95hours
