Hi Everyone!
Welcome to week 2 of the Get Set Yoga Season 3! The focus of today's session is Yoga for Core Strength!
Today we will be working on engaging and strengthening the core muscles through a series of focused poses and movements.
Once you are ready, let's hop onto the mat and get going!
