just trying to take better care of myself
fitness goals: be an asset in a zombie apocalypse.
What is the 75 hard challenge?:
1. Follow a Diet: no alcohol, and no junk food for 75 days.
2. Exercise Twice a Day: Two workouts daily, each lasting at least 45 minutes, one of which must be outdoors.
3. Read 10 Pages of Non-Fiction: Read at least 10 pages of a non-fiction book daily.
4. Drink One Gallon of Water: Consume one gallon (128 ounces or about 3.8 liters) of water daily.
5. Take a Progress Picture: Snap a daily photo to track your physical progress.
If you miss any task, start over from day one.

hands down the warm up was pumping up that board! paddle boarding looks fun! when i go to creve cour lake in st. louis, it always looked so fun to me but scary.

OMG, I hope your ankle is OK. Maybe you should have it x-rayed because you don’t want it to heal wrong and cause you trouble later on. When you mentioned that TLC song it just took me back. It’s an amazing message! I really admire you for seeing that your day was a 9.2 despite the negative parts. You have found the key to to life; just pick yourself up when you fall, focus on the good and keep on going. ❤❤❤

From the looks of it, just hauling the board and gear out there, getting it inflated and all set up, tucking the gear away, and getting the board to the water would qualify as a workout! Getting to float around afterwards is like a reward, lol. If another jerk ignores wake etiquette in your vicinity, turning your board to point straight into the wave (perpendicular to it) will allow you to ride over it, rather than getting flipped. Super-loud canned air horns also help the jerk boaters grok the fact someone's taken note of their bad behavior, which hopefully makes them ease off the throttle to avoid a fine. I hope your ankle heals up quickly!

Dasia noooo don’t be in that water chile!!!! I hope it was shallow water. Girl all I can think of are the crocs in there or something. I can’t! Eek.

I love baking bread.I agree, people often think they have a reaction to gluten when they are having a reaction to the weird stuff they put in bread. My favorite recipe is 3 cups white flour + 1 cup rolled oats + 1 cup whole wheat + 1 cup rye for 2 loaves.

@@DasiaDoesItFollow a standard white bread recipe, just use different flours. I don't use a mixer but that's me. I actually like hand-kneading bread dough.

@@DasiaDoesItAnd make sure you use long-grain wheat and not short-grain wheat like White Lily. That's for biscuits.
