Here for the 8th day in a row! Feeling stronger every day. It's amazing how much of the rest of your life becomes disciples when you deny comfort for 25/30 minutes each day. I have begun to think, well since I've accomplished that, what else can I do today! Good luck everyone!

Today I wasn't feeling very well but I decided to start the workout. It was harder than before and I thought about giving up so many times! But I didn't and made it to the end. I'm really grateful for getting the opportunity to move my body and taking another step towards health.. ❤

THANK YOU SO MUCH~!! I started following your challenges in 2020 in lock down and they have changed my life. I'm 52, hate the gym, "pretty good" shape my whole life...but have always taken it for granted? - and my metabolism was starting to not help me as much!!....SO - the range and variety of your routines mean I've stuck with it 2-3 times a week for over 3 years now and truly know I can continue for 30 more years. Second time doing this challenge, day 8 completed! I still had to pause a lot to just breathe, so the quality of this workout doesn't decline, even when one has already done it once 😂 Glad to have challenged myself again today! 💪 I am proud of myself 🥰

This one was the hardest to do ( I wasn’t exactly breezing through the rest anyways). The workouts do make me feel I’m able to do the workouts better than when I started. I couldn’t do a single leg raise and now I can do twenty. Thanks from a fan !
