The Via Francigena in Tuscia, North Latium
We continue our journey leaving Viterbo towards Vetralla, among incredible and high tuff walls and an exceptional variety of multicolored flowers 🌺🌻🌹🌷🌼🌸
This leg was easy, but no less emotionally dense! Although, we have to admit, what has remained in our hearts is the pinsa romana 🍕, which - we have to admit it - we had never eaten before!
On this journey we made amends 😆
And, just to stay on topic, in this video we also talk about how we organized ourselves with food to grind kilometers always full of energy 💪🏼
❓ Fun fact: we believe we are the first to document walking the Via Francigena in Italy using minimalist barefoot shoes (with thin sole and wide forefoot) - to have a more deep contact with the ground 🌍
