@@ExplorewithmeMarloC I love it! Or it could be, 2 pounds of boots, feels like 5 pounds in your pack? Ultralight i try it.. I even got a 2 pound tent, it sucks to set up in the wind and hard to set up in the night and if its windy, well you just might be blown off the mountain? By the way, I love your boots! Oh just sit on the dirt, or on a log and then you get back up and you just got your backside wet! No thank you.. Bring a chair..

Hey Marlo! I see you're not having to fight with the chair quite as much! 😆It's nice to have and totally worth it though. I see what you meant about pushing your stove to the limit. I think you could've smelted some iron ore, lol! This was a very relaxing video! I enjoyed hearing all the sounds of nature and the other ambient sounds too. Nothing beats it, and the sound of a campfire is always so soothing. It looked like really good sleeping weather! It's very restful sleeping out in the woods in cooler weather. I think you timed it right when you started breaking camp. That Sasquatch sounded kinda close! 😆 Thank you for sharing your day of relaxing and decompressing sweet friend! It was very relaxing and great for unwinding! 🔥🏕👍👊

Hey how are you my friend Chair 0 - Marlo 1! 😆 Im used to how it sets up now. Sort of, lol. I love this cheap twig stove, can’t go wrong for 13 bucks.. beats carrying the spaghetti strainer 😉 I use this for everything.. fire pit, cook stove and apparently for huge bon fires 😁🔥 This day was so relaxing other than the distant trains and the planes.. was I camping on a known flight path? Lol.. I have no idea what that sound was either, I hear it from time to time 🧌?? Lol Thank you for checking this out, I wanted to try a different style of filming. Always appreciated my friend.. have a great week ☺️🍃

@@ExplorewithmeMarloC I'm well Marlo, and I hope you are too! I'm glad your winning the Battle of the Chair!! 😆I think the stove was well worth the investment too. It indeed beats carrying the colander unless of course you're fixing Wilderness Spaghetti! The only animals I can think of that would make a similar sound are an elk or a bear. Elk usually have higher pitched sounds mixed in, so I'm thinking it was a bear. Bears will sometimes sound off. I can't think of anything else unless it's something you have there in that area that isn't present in the southeast. I think there was definitely a general aviation airport in the area. Pilots normally fly at higher altitudes in mountainous terrain than that, so I think those planes were on final to a nearby airport. You had the planes and trains, all you needed were automobiles! 😆 I hope you have a great week too!

I use to sleep in a hammock for 6 years, then went back to a tent.. Bugs seems to find me.. So if i am out camping, they will leave the others and seek me out.. I been found..

@@ExplorewithmeMarloC It takes a while to get use to sleeping in a angle, and my advice is get a small pillow for the head and your knees, once you fall asleep in it one time, you wont be able to go back to sleeping on the ground! Like floating on clouds. Very good for places that have very little flat ground.
