Jeymes Samuel is the director of the Book of Clarence as well as The Harder They Fall. He’s also an incredible musician. The man has an indomitable spirit and a very deep well of self-confidence. I loved the Book of Clarence and I learned a lot in this dive into Jeymes’s mind.

I heard someone give a great explanation of the difference between Prince and Michael. He said Michael will give you a great song that's as close to perfect In production, sound, etc as he can get it and won't be happy tell it is, whereas Prince will put out a song that might not be perfect as far as the production but will blow you away with the feelings it invokes and the lyrics behind it.

I loved this movie. It was cleverly written, great choreography, dope soundtrack and it was hilarious. I could watch it multiple times. Mr. Samuel did it again with this remix of the Messiah.👍🏾

this is a great interview. I've known of Jeymes Samuel, I recognize his name from being involved with 'The Harder They Fall', but I've never seen an interview with him. I love the way he expresses himself and sees the world.

Not black, but closer to black than white. Obviously, we can't know for sure what Jews looked like 2000 years ago, but I've always thought that his appearance would be that of a child of black and Jewish parents.

@@lionsheart_ministries I'm black so I'm not trying to be politically correct about anything but the fact that we’re talking about more than 2000 years ago, I don't think it's unreasonable to think it's somewhere in between. I know the Bible and what it says but I also know that I have a mixed-race daughter and I think most people would describe her hair the same way it's described in the Bible.

You cannot be Lukewarm when it comes to To The Word of God. Put The Whole Truth up or put up nothing at all. The why The Word says to Study to shew thyself approved unto God, so you wouldn't make statements like "We don't know for sure..." No l, God operates through KNOWLEDGE WISDOM AND UNDERSTANDING.
