Yes, as is the mention of "Spouge" on the label. I never knew what Spouge music was before getting this record. Apparently it's a style of music that was popular in Barbados and Jackie Opel is known as the inventor. I'm actively looking for more spouge records to see if there's any doo wop hidden in there.

I know "Love Is Not A Gamble" and that is great. Right now I'm looking for original 45's of "Keep A Cool Head" by Desmond Dekker and "Darling Please Return" by The Barons.

Try the album RAW SPOUGE by The Draytons Two.I have it on an Island label subsidiary called Caravan. Can't remember if it has doo wop on it but it's prime spouge. Don't know if you know about Jamaican rock steady but check out 2 songs. Love Is Not a Gamble by the Techniques and Gypsy Woman {yes, THAT Gypsy Woman by The Uniques. Amazingly, it cuts the original, in my opinion. If you like doo wop, you're gonna love rock steady. Happy hunting!!!
