Excellent encouragement for all gardeners! I agree that it’s all about the learning process. I’ve learned to expect a certain amount of failure. I take note of what happened, do some research and try again. It’s ok! I don’t get bummed about it. In fact, I kind of like the challenge. Makes the successes so much sweeter..

You made me feel better ☺️ I'm such a squeamish gardener tho I think there's a snake or creepy bug around ever corner but I've been facing my fear year after year .. I call my garden my science experiment because if it fails completely I don't feel so bad but it's so part of my identity gardening I keep doing it every year and now I've gotten into starting plants even bought a mini greenhouse so I do try but if my family had to rely on what I grew they Surly would starve...lol but it's fun to try

I love that you look at gardening as a science experiment! That’s exactly what it is. Nature is science! And we don’t live in a world where we have to be 100% reliant on the food we grow. Learning HOW to do that now is the best thing we can do to be prepared should something ever happen. And otherwise just enjoy the time outside in nature and in the sun.
