Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or light-headedness. These are normal responses and are no cause for alarm. Whatever you want, mouth or nose! By mouth it will help you take more air, more oxygen. More you practice by mouth, more it's easier after to practice by the nose. Good breath ! ;)

Mouth: easier, more oxygen Nose: harder, but better relaxation IMO start with mouth, gradually transition to nose breathing
