Do not practice this breathwork during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions, should always consult a medical professional before starting breathwork. These breathing exercises are a guide only, you should always listen to your own body and not push yourself, if you feel unwell STOP. Never practice breathing exercises before or during diving, driving, swimming, taking a bath, or in any other circumstance where the loss of consciousness could result in bodily harm. Deep breathing may cause tingling sensations, a ringing in the ears, and/or light-headedness. These are normal responses and are no cause for alarm. I've been doing your 10 rounds of breathing for about 2 months now followed by an ice bath. Some of the things I noticed is, I'm mentally sharper and faster than people around me. I'm aware of breathing deeply through out the day. I don't procrastinate as much. I'm sticking to my workouts more. I don't need the acceptance of others. My intuition is spot on. I look better, feel better, and I'm more optimistic about my life. I seem to attract more younger pretty women. Even men are more attracted to me, in a none sexual way. Some guys seem to be jealous of me especially when there women are around me. That let's me know I'm doing it right. I did 3 rounds of breathing for about a year, then I did 6 rounds of breathing for about 2 years. I can feel a major difference between 6 rounds and 10 rounds. 3 rounds of breathing and a cold shower per day made me feel really good for a long time, 10 rounds of breathing and a daily ice bath put me on a superhuman level, spiritually, physically, and mentally. Thanks for your videos. You are doing the lords work.

I also use cold shower in the morning, not more then 30 - 60 seconds in combination with deep and strong breathing contemporarly. This combination is very strong natural medicine protecting me from covid till today, the shortest day this year. From tomorrow days begin to be longer. Like your life by YOUR decision. Wish you to be health, strong and happy in future. Salute from Istria, northAdriatic sea.

After some time, half to one hour I do cold shower, but ultimately first I do the pleasant warm and hot shower and after I'm cooling with half cold water for max. 20 - 30 seconds, passing arms, legs and body and after that turning on max. cold water (about 6-7 Celsius degrees) for 60 - 90 seconds or dividing in 2 sequences of 40 - 50 seconds, depends how I'm feeling at the moment. ... and thank you for good wishes. That sounds like an interesting version of "God". Can you elaborate?
@all-hands
@all-hands 2 жыл бұрын
@@Kanzu999 this moment four months ago was actually a very deep experience which started an awakening for me. Unfortunately I think any further elaboration would create further confusion. Once you have been consistently (24/7) practicing allowing everything to be as it is, and letting go of emotional reactions to your thoughts (easier if thoughts are quieted through Wim Hof / pranayamm / meditation / thousands of other practices documented over thousands of years) you will start to be changed to align with the flow and frequency of the universe, and will naturally fall into your true being which is the most enjoyable and beautiful feelings in life and it keeps growing forever. I highly recommend you listen to Michael Singer, Ram Dass, Alan Watts, and anybody else who resonates with you. The spiritual path it the purpose of your life, and I hope you consider it. For scripture I recommend the Bhagavad Gita, The Tibetan Book of the Dead, and the Dhammapada.

@@all-hands I see that I have some stuff to check out. I've heard a bit from Alan Watts a few years back, but I'll admit I don't remember that much. This is a guess, but I think I've had a similar experience, although that was through eating magic mushrooms. In short, I experienced that it was revealed to me that I am the universe and the universe is me. It felt like the ultimate truth, and it also felt like the chains on my mind had been broken, and now it was in it's "true" state. I have never felt so much peace, beauty and harmony before, and it's safe to say that it's the most pleasant experience I've ever had. But the day afterwards, I was pretty confused, because I still think it makes sense to separate myself from the rest of the universe, and I don't think I can exist without my consciousness, which I believe is a result of some of the processes that happen in my brain. It made me want to understand how it's possible to have an experience like that, and I do have some ideas on why that might be possible.
@all-hands
@all-hands 2 жыл бұрын
@@Kanzu999 Exactly! I've had a few mushroom experiences that brought me to that place, but I wasn't sure if it could be possible without the shrooms. It turns out that they basically do the same thing that meditation, yoga, and spiritual practice does - silences the default mode network which is responsible for autobiographical memory and that voice in your head (mine used to make me miserable). After a few months of meditation I started to feel this strong pressure between my eyebrows and a constant flow of tension releasing from my body throughout the day. To keep it going I had to keep my mind clear, which I did by learning how to notice thoughts, realize I was not those thoughts but instead I was the one observing them, and then BOOM it feels like electricity shooting up my spine and out of my forehead. I realized the mind does not say truth, it just talks about what it already knows, so once you get out of it you begin to grow like you will not believe. If you haven't read or listened to Micheal Singer's books "The Untethered Soul" and "The surrender experiment" please consider those first. They changed my life to such an extent I tear up every time I think about it. Lots of love friend, happy breathing ❤️

@@all-hands I told my mom about my experience afterwards (yeah that's the kind of awesome relationship I have with her), and she told me that it's exactly the same she has tried through yoga and meditation. She's gone to many retreats and also been a teacher for about 10 years. It's quite interesting that you can reach the same state through such different methods, and I definitely want to do more yoga and meditation (and breathing ofc) in the future. I've used Sam Harris' Waking Up app for quite a while, and I really like it. Those books sound really interesting, so I'll have to check them out! Lots of love and happy breathing to you too my friend ❤

I am doing it every morning. Thanks a million for disciplining my life. If I can do it at the age of 76 any one can do it.I started doing it during lock down with breathing for beginner for 11 minutes. Did it twice after few days, then 3 times. I am trying all your breath works. I do 4 minutes hold also.

I've been doing the technical for over 4 years. This morning was the first time I've done this one. I was feeling so good, never saw round 9. I fell asleep, lol. I am 58 and have a bit of a sleep problem, so it was nice to get the extra sleep, and no I did not pass out, I had no problems holding my breath for over 2 minutes or the deep breathing. I was feeling really good.

You can only do the breathing exercise on an empty stomach that's only in the morning after walking up. But at night after dinner how many hours break before you can start the exercise before you go to sleep.

Make some breathing routine for age 4 to 7, 8 to 11, 12 to 15 so you start changing the mankind. You are my Hero. You are doing something even scientist are accepting it. Miracle of breath controlling so many aspects. Not only emotional but changing physiology and so immune system. My other hero is Sadhguru who is changing mindset by bringing us aware of how to handle our self. It was nice to see both of you together.

Thank you for the video. First try. I only did the 5 first rounds. I had to stop. Can't feel my hands anymore. It's a bit scary. It took me 20 min to fully recover my hands. I suppose if you do it often, you don't have these side effects. I don't know if this experience is caused by too much oxygen inhalation or due to breath holding.

This is a great one, I think of it as the 'weekender' because it is kind of long:) I'm not sure if you have control over the transition after this completes or if KZfaq controls that, my favourite is when it segues to a 5 or 10 minute mediation, so you can just enjoy the good feelings you just produced.

Try getting up earlier during the week and doing it b4 work, after a quick morning shower (or do a cold one after if you like that ice aspect). Try at least a 20min breathing round. It will transform your workday and vitality - I'm talking from experience. Yep - im here to dig up motivation to get me regular back into this. I know its so profound. Your comment was 2 yrs ago - so how has it gone since - did you continue? If so you'll have some great news to share I suspect... 💕💕

after a week since my last comment, doing about 3 to 5 rounds a day and cold showers, ive been getting to over 2 minutes, less vibrations but still there. i always feel that same peace and supercharged energy just the same. and btw, i smoke a cigarette about every hour, so for my lungs to feel so clean most of the time, and my ability to hold my breath for such a long time after the breathing, this is quite extraordinary. my best time today was something like 2m 20s
