The rich will never get taxed because most of them own businesses which is how they find loopholes to avoid taxation. Those loopholes were supposed to help small-medium businesses. So reforming those loopholes would be the right approach. But the politicians who advocate & write the law also owns businesses, so do you think they will update those laws? No. Instead they throw “tax the rich” around because they know the middle class will buy into it, vote for them. So far the “tax the rich” approach only leads to the small businesses & middle class being impacted. Property taxes going up is all politics, just part of inflation. I own a house that I rent out. To assume every landlord is rich is crazy 😂. I have to pay a mortgage and taxes that have skyrocketed on that home, of course I’m raising rent to cover the 4x tax increase.

This is true. My family spoke down on me, when I told them I wanted to go to a community college and then transfer over, they told me I embarrassed them. They wanted me to go to an expensive university right out of high school, they didn’t understand that I could transfer over. They forced me to go to a four year college to take out loans. I dropped out. Funny thing, I ask them every month to pay those loans off and they look at me like I am crazy. I ended up enrolling into a cc and then transferring over to a great university with a STEAM degree.

It depends on the major, some community colleges in certain states don’t have the majors people want, ( like in my state no community college had architecture )

Because like most people(women) in abusive relationships there's psychological warfare which is intentional. Abusive relationships/with abusers are manipulative starting off as being ideal partners' in the relationship then unexpectedly acting out(random outbursts which further down get violent/threaten violence) to make you uneasy followed by moments of sincerity.This is to make you inevitably feel responsible for causing these outbursts so punishments(ignoring you, threat of harm) feel deserved. They're nicer to you afterwards making you feel like they only change when you do as they say. So without adequate support(contact with friends/family) & free time for yourself you're isolated and leading you to become dependant on them staying in the relationship usually waiting until something else(usually severe) happens.
